It was a nice hotel , good price , clean and friendly cleaning and front desk personnel. Unfortunately our experience was a bit ruined when it came to breakfast staff . The first morning of our stay we noticed some people tipping the lady at that collected the tickets upon entry to the restaurant and we quickly understood why … she was very rude to us my daughter asked her a question and she didn’t answer her . Finally the chef came out and he was really nice explaining what she could and couldn’t eat because of her allergies. The next day was even worst . We asked if it was possible to ask a question to the chef about allergies the lady told us No you can’t and said we are busy we have other people to serve in a rude manner . My daughter was so stunned she cried … I’m sorry but I don’t tip to get good service, I tip if I receive good service. Unfortunately it’s a nice place but this experience left us feeling bad on our departure from the hotel and we will never go back there .
