Open concept, Tranquil , King & Queen beds, 2000 sq ft spacious layout .14’ ceilings,. Easy access to NYC , bus service to NY. Catch bus up the block. Or by Crunch gym. Apt is abiut 8 blocks away from Lincoln Tunnel entrance ~ Short walk to Starbucks, supermarket. Close to shopping minutes from MetLife Stadium / American dream mall/ The Javits/ MSG
Note , small walk up to front door. Otherwise all one level. You will not find this type of comfort space fullkitchen, two bathrooms with parking in the city.
Nice restaurants all around town or neighboring towns. Urban living with a parking spot! Rare.

Near major airports !! ( Newark 20-30min depending on traffic Uber or taxi will cost $ 30 to 40. To apartment . JFK or LGA about an hour or so away, Uber or taxi this location will cost you about 90 to 100 to apartment. Supermarkets / pharmacy/ Fast food/ nice and or casual restaurants near by.

Perfect Apartment for New York getaway
Highly recommend booking this VRBO for your next New York City trip! The home is beautiful, spacious and had so many little extras! Drinks in the fridge, hygiene products etc. It was a short uber ride to the city. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very responsive to messages. Checked in half-way through the stay to see how things were going. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Home away from home
The NYC loft style apartment was the best location I have stayed in Jersey and the location is perfect for traveling to Manhattan. I absolutely loved the open spacious rooms and the high ceilings. My family and I enjoyed our time and would come again when we all are traveling to NYC together. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Jose and Elizabeth!!!

Awesome place to stay in New Jersey!
We had two couples in our group and we absolutely LOVED staying in this loft apartment! The owner has stocked the apartment with snacks and drinks so that on our arrival we felt right at home! The unit is also stocked with many toiletries, a plus not seen at other rentals. The location is great, we were able to Uber into the city easily and drive around New Jersey (including Metlife Stadium) easily. Thank you Elizabeth for providing such a lovely option for staying in the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area!

Great place with easy access to the city
The unit was just what we hoped for outside New York City. Easy access to transit or Uber into the city. House was beautifully decorated with everything you need for an extended stay. LOVED the extra touches of necessities if you forgot to pack something. Much appreciated!!!! Great communication with the host who was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again if we’re ever traveling to NYC. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Very, very nice place!! Hosts were very accommodating and communicated well. Loved how fridge was stocked and how toilet trees were left just in case we forgot something. Was a perfect place for our family. 100% recommend.

Beautiful apartment with easy access to Manhattan
We loved staying in Elizabeth and Jose’s apartment. We were a group of 5 adults so we appreciated all of the space to spread out. The apartment was even prettier than the photos! We were grateful for the food Elizabeth had left for us. The beds were very comfortable too. Elizabeth responded quickly and helped us figure out the bus system. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again!

Awesome!
We were so impressed with the accommodations. The hosts provide so many little things that made our stay truly memorable. We can't say enough great things about it. The neighborhood was quiet, it was easy to Uber into the city for everything we wanted to do while in NYC. Great hosts, great facility and great location. It was a family vaction, three generations. The youngest grandchild, 14 years old loved the loft and all the video games. Everyone else had their own private spaces and the common areas were large and oh so comfortable. You will not be disappointed!!!

Fabulous place, great location, amazing hosts!
Not only was this apartment absolutely stunning, the hosts Jose and Elizabeth were very kind, hospitable, and responsive. The apartment was very clean, beautiful, and well-stocked with anything you might need. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to NYC, restaurants, malls, and more with an easy commute. We highly recommend this property and plan to return in the future.

Perfect family get away
Our family arrived from 3 different states for our reunion. The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious and modern. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, including food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a couple of days. Shopping is close enough to walk to. We felt safe walking through the neighborhood. Having a parking lot behind the building with free parking was a great advantage. The host replied quickly to all questions. Although there is bus service nearby we used Lyft to get in and out of Manhattan.

Felt just like home!
The place was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The owners have every necessity accounted for that a family would need, and then some. Speaking of the owners, Elizabeth is A+ when it comes to communication and making your stay as perfect as can be. Renting your home is a business, yes, but Elizabeth and Jose haven't forgot the "customer service" part when running their business - I can't say enough good things about them and our stay. As for the location, it's super convenient to public transportation or jumping in a car if you want to venture through the Lincoln Tunnel to NYC. There is a Starbucks, Aldi, and Crunch Fitness all within a 3 minute walk around the corner. The neighborhood seemed family oriented and fairly quiet for the most part. Our trip was amazing and Elizabeth and Jose helped to make it that way as excellent hosts! Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend in NYC
We had a mixed group enjoying a graduation celebration trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the snacks and food basics available on our arrival. With delayed flights and a long day of travel, it was nice to see really great provisions. The space was perfect for our family. We have no complaints about the space. At one point we had an injury unrelated to the stay. Our host shared ideas for doctors and checked in daily to see how we were faring. It was so appreciated. Our only negative was the commute to NYC. We struggled a little with the timing of the bus schedule and leaned on Uber’s to make our scheduled events in the morning. When there was traffic over the Holiday weekend, costs were high. I am sure this would have been different if it weren’t a holiday weekend. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

NY Best of Times
Instead of staying at Marriott Marquis where our business event was all week, we opted to stay offsite and I have to say Elizabeth and her husband are the best of the best. Amazing hosts, they care for you as if you are their own family. We have traveled broadly, they were so helpful with transportation, best places to eat and best things to do. You will be equally pleased if you book with them. Best VRBO experience ever and we travel broadly, a few times a year. Thank you so much.

Great stay!
This place was perfect! We hung out in New York the whole time and it was nice to go at the end of the day and be out of the city. The place is adorable and roomy. And I have to tell you I’ve rented many VRBO’s and I have never seen a place that has been stocked as good as this one! They even left us some food and literally anything that you need. The owner was easy to deal with and fast to respond. We plan to visit New York again and this will definitely be where we stay! We loved it!

A lovely, roomy, comfortable stay
Everything was comfortable , the rental was spacious, and the hosts thought of everything including breakfast and lunch foods, coffee, toiletries and water. They were easy to communicate w as well. I didn’t read the description very well so I was surprised that the rental is in New Jersey. It wasn’t very far from anywhere we went to though.

I very rarely leave reviews, but this host was fairly thoughtful and I wanted to acknowledge and reinforce their approach. Nice unit. As pictured. Good location; easy bus to/from Manhattan; Starbucks half block behind rental. 12’ - 14’ (?) ceilings. Nicer finishes. Fairly comfortable furnishings. Everything worked. In the early days of P2P platforms like AirB&B / VRBO you rented a home that was at least somewhat cared for and had many of the little things that individually seem inconsequential but are somewhat impactful - soap (dish, dishwasher, laundry, hand, bath), trash bags, condiments, plastic wrap, etc. Not so much any more as these are straight investments with big management companies and no real human touch. It’s rare to encounter more than the absolute minimum in every respect. This rental actually had all of the things needed for a functional stay including laundry detergent, several umbrellas, extra towels and blankets, etc. Beds were OK. Sheets were OK. Few pillow options. Kitchen was stocked with basic needs including coffee. Fridge was stocked with breakfast basics, which was kind and thoughtful. Place was clean. No mold on shower caulking (good barometer IMO). Things seemed clean and smelled nice. My mother-in-law is obnoxious about this stuff and didn’t make any faces or have any complaints. Anyway this was a good value and beats the pants off comparable NYC rental. Probably one of the more thoughtful hosts I had in the last several years.

Outstanding Host and Property
This was a gem to find for our stay in NYC! The host was amazing, responding quickly to any question I had and offering great information and wonderful hospitality. The property was spacious, exceptionally well kept and well stocked. The grocery, coffee shop and were within walking distance and the bus line only a couple blocks away to get into downtown NYC. It is a very safe neighborhood and also very quiet. My granddaughter stayed with me, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Stayed here with my family while visiting NYC for a week. House is clean, communication is great, and the location is ideal for either taking the bus (just down the street) or driving into NYC. Close to good diners and restaurants as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience!
We wanted to give our daughter, who was turning seventeen, a great birthday experience by taking her to a show on Broadway. We came across this property in North Bergen New Jersey, and some amazing hosts. You will never find hosts with better character than Elizabeth and Jose! The information that they supplied to us for our trip was so helpful. Elizabeth was always in contact with us and Jose helped us get inside the residence, and we apologize for keeping them up late just to get us checked in. These folks really made our trip unforgettable. Anytime you needed them, they were available. Welcomed with some very neat things like a stocked fridge, so helpful for us at that time. Elizabeth informed us Jose had put a cake with Happy Birthday in the freezer for our daughter, and she had tears in her eyes when we told her to look. It was not necessary for us and we feel we were offered too much as guests, but it showed their character and how they feel about their guests. I've never seen hosts go beyond what they needed, it was truly amazing and our trip was made right there no matter what else came. You can't find a better place than here, just for the hosts. The home is exactly as depicted in the photos. The beds are so comfortable and so warm. Everything you need, even if you never went out, and an iPad if needed. Location is really less than 14 minutes from the Port Authority, which was always our starting point in the city. Thank you Elizabeth and Jose! For an amazing trip
