This modern desert oasis has great mountain views with desert oaks and Joshua trees. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the master suite. Sliding glass doors from master suite leads to the backyard with an ultra-luxurious outdoor jacuzzi/spa and a relaxing oval swimming pool with a deck and seating to beat the summer heat and enjoy the sunsets.
Other amenities include hammock corner for sunset watching or star gazing, BBQ grill with outdoor dining and a pool/ice hockey table in game room. Enjoy amazing fireside chat with our over the table top fire pit.
We have everything you need and more for a relaxing get away and are just a short drive to Joshua Tree National Park

LIVING ROOM has comfortable seating with pillows, smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows with a coffee table and a bar cart to enjoy drinks in the backyard.

KITCHEN: The modern design kitchen next to the dining area is fully equipped with start-of-art appliances to prepare delicious meals and create memorable evenings. We supply basic spices, olive oil and coffee. Spacious countertops and kitchen island with eating space. Plenty of natural light through large windows in the common areas. Please load and run the dishwasher prior to your checkout if you have used any dishes.

BEDROOM: Retreat to 3 comfortable themed bedrooms after an exciting day at Joshua Tree National Park. Master bedroom with King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Sliding glass doors from master bedroom leads to the backyard with a luxurious spa and a swimming pool. Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom with full and twin bunk beds. All room are equipped with premium mattress, pillows, linens and sheets.

BATHROOM: Ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with all modern amenities. The 2nd common bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Please do not flush anything (even "flushable" wipes) down the toilet, except toilet paper.

OUTDOOR: But wait! Step out into a fully fenced private backyard, where you can soak up the sun by a large swimming pool (Oval 24 feet by 16 feet) and luxurious hot tub, prepare delicious BBQ meals, hammock corner for sunset watching or star gazing, and have hours of family fun with open indoor game room, and a large outdoor dining table to enjoy a family meal.

We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this in accordance with county guidelines. The county mandates us to use audio-level monitoring. Rest assured we cannot hear anything but are alerted if noise levels exceed normal levels for a sustained period. Smoking (including E-cig) is not allowed on the property.

POOL: Anyone under 18 of age needs his/her parent's present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. Securely close pool fence gate when not in use. No glassware near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests' safety. Please note that the pool service is available either Thursday/Friday, they will normally access the pool from backyard.

Family vacation on Joshua Tree
Spent 5 days here with my family. It was my mammas first time on Joshua Tree. This house had everything we needed! There is no coffee grinder or blender or tea kettle, but there is a coffee maker and some coffee condiments were provided, as well as soap and shampoo. Better than expected! (and we had high expectations!)
As amazing as this place looks online, it’s even better once there! The kids loved the game room (as did we) and we all enjoyed the completely different vibes of each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and functional, the hot tub was ready to go and we enjoyed s’mores out by the fire pit. Also wanted to mention the owners specifically. In addition to being super responsive and professional, they are also decent and kind. We had an issue that they resolved quickly and with complete understanding and empathy. We would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

This was a nice little property that fit us all comfortably. We loved the themes of the rooms, especially the 90s room! Of course, the highlight was the jacuzzi in the back; Perfect for star gazing.

A Nice Stay Though Needs Some Love
The house has 3 nice-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the game room and hammocks. We were disappointed with how worn things were. There is hardly any silverware, cookware, or dishes compared to other rentals we stayed in and the cabinets got stuck. The pool looks like it's in disrepair with low water levels and broken chairs. The decor looks cool and we really appreciated the various themes in the bedrooms. It did the trick for spot near Joshua Tree.

Beautiful property great location
My husband and I rented this home for our wedding anniversary, we had an amazing stay. The kitchen was super user friendly (we’re both chefs and we did a lot of cooking over our stay). We also really loved the hot tub and outdoor amenities. The property is super close to town but doesn’t feel like it, so it was quick and easy to run any errands and venture into the park. Newark was also super helpful in accommodating our two travel kitties, which was rare and lovely. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Joshua tree and have already recommended to several friends. Thanks again!

Late September in the Desert Villa Oasis
Our two night stay at the Desert Villa Oasis was great. The house is situated just north of 29 Palms Highway and was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The property was modern, clean and well maintained. The house has a dedicated game room that opens out onto the back patio, it was very hot during our stay so we kept that door shut as the room had it's own air conditioner which proved to be invaluable. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and plenty of dishware for our group. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and well lit. We made full use of the hot tub and outdoor dining area and because the temperatures hovered in the mid 90s we actually got in the pool to cool down. We had dinners on the patio table at night with the market lights and found the neighborhood to be quiet and restful. I found the owner to be very responsive when I contacted him and he checked in on us via email during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and look forward to returning again ourselves in the future.,

One Year Anniversary
Me and my girlfriend came up to to Joshua tree for the weekend to celebrate our first anniversary! We had a lovely time and lots of fun stargazing in the jacuzzi, swimming in the pool, playing air hockey, watching scary movies , playing pool, you name it we did it ! 😄

Perfect for JOTR
It was so nice to be so close to the national park (less than 10 minutes) so we could go back and forth which was essential to avoid the hottest times of day in the park. The pool was perfectly cold and refreshing in the hot August weather (I had feared it would be too warm but not so). The only problem with the pool was that the ladder staircase was not attached and fell in a few times which was hard for my little ones who were too short to stand in the pool. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. They even had 4 hammocks outside that were perfect for stargazing. We even saw the Milky Way. I could’ve slept out there it was so nice. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen and grill were great- they had plenty of cooking supplies. Bedrooms were nice. My kids loved the themed rooms- 90s and lava lamp. I wouldn’t want anyone sleeping on the top bunk though- there’s no bed rail- but my kids didn’t mind sleeping together on the bottom bunk. Game room was enjoyable when not too hot- no ac in there but the rest of the house the ac worked very well. Overall wonderful stay- I’d even rent this same place again!!!

It was a great place to stay in Joshua tree! Having 3 bedrooms gave us enough room to space out. The pool and hot tub were nice additions as well as the game room. The house had some very nice updated features, especially in both bathrooms. I would recommend this property.

Great Birthday Week!
We had a wonderful week-long stay here. The location is very close to Joshua Tree National Park. (We went every day!) Hot tub was terrific, the pool was a bit chilly but refreshing. The backyard garage door was a great feature while bbqing. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect desert get-away
My family and I stayed here on our annual trip to King of the Hammers in lue of camping in the desert for a week with our young kids. It was a perfect place to come back to after a loud and busy day in the sun! The house is clean and inviting,we enjoyed the pool/air hockey table in the garage and the hot tub as well!
