The cozy living room serves as the heart of the home, equipped with a Smart TV, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The sofa also transforms into a futon, providing additional sleeping space for your convenience. Each of the bedrooms features inviting queen beds adorned with family antiques, becoming tranquil hideaways for restful nights. The first bedroom includes a desk with USB ports, while the second bedroom features a nightstand with USB ports and vibrant LED lights, enhancing comfort and functionality.

Quail Creek offers guests a delightful stay with its two serene bedrooms and an inviting bath. Families and smaller groups will appreciate the sleeping arrangements, including the futon in the living room and the spacious layout, while the antique decor adds a unique charm to every corner. **Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.

** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)**

As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
