Have a big group? Instead of scattering out at different rentals, bring them all to one place! These 2 homes are across the back yard from each other, with a privacy gate that is left unlocked/open if both houses are rented by the same group, via this listing.
The 2 houses can handle up to 26. For more people than that, we can quote to add in a 2022 Class A RV (based on availability).
Also, if you plan on using the property to host an event with extra non-overnight guests (like a birthday party or wedding), we will need the event details and may possibly need to quote a customized "event fee" based on the details.

♚ King Master Bedroom -
The master is equipped with a $5k King Size Purple™ Mattress with a power adjustable base for ultimate comfort and restful sleep. A large Roku™ TV faces the bed. There is a desk to be able to work in private if desired. Windows give a view of the pool deck, and there is a sliding glass door to enter the patio/pool area. Room also has a walk-in closet and a large vanity/mirror so that you can get all the make-up done without having to tie up a bathroom. (Hair dryer already provided.)
★ Master Bathroom -
Features a Double Vanity, walk-in Tile Shower with multi-jet.
♚ King Bedroom 2 -
Down the hall a bit from the Master is a 2nd bedroom featuring a King Bed, with a wall-mounted TV facing it. This room also has an open closet and a dresser.
♛ Queen Bedroom 3 -
This bedroom is found in the mother in law suite that can be entered a bit further down the hallway through a barn door that can be left open or shut. After passing through its kitchen and living area, there is a Queen size Bedroom featuring a large wall-mounted Roku™ TV.
★ BunkBed Bedroom #4 -
On the other side of the house, just past the arcade area, this room features 2 large bunk beds (2x Twin over Full) and a wall-mounted, Roku™ TV. This room also has an open closet and a dresser.
★ Bathroom #2 -
Features a single vanity and walk-in tile shower with rainfall head.
★ Bathroom #3 -
This Bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and a hair dryer.
★ Bathroom #4 -
This bathroom is located in the attached mother in law suite and is a half bath (no shower), but there is a walled outdoor shower near the exterior door of this area of the house.
★Arcade Room -
This room comes alive in the dark with its blacklight reflective carpet. It features a commercial quality, tournament foosball table (also blacklight reflective), and a dart board (adults only for darts please). There are 2 mini arcade games for the young children (Pac Man™and Paw Patrol™). There is also a Marvel™digital pinball machine with multiple Marvel-themed games on it, NFL Blitz™(up to 4 players!), and the just-released Fast and Furious™ racing game. We packed as much fun as we could into this room so that even while you are home, having your down-time, the fun and the memory making doesn't have to stop!
★ Kitchen #1 -
The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space, a double sink, double wall oven, stovetop, and is well stocked. There is also a breakfast bar at the far end that overlooks the pool. It also features a toaster oven, blender, toaster, and coffee bar area.
★Kitchen #2 -
This is a smaller kitchen located in the mother-in-law suite, just past the sliding barn door. A great way to keep food items or food prep separated for when multiple families are traveling together. This kitchen is also stocked.
★ Living Area #1 -
This living area is adjacent to the arcade area and features a fireplace (cannot be used but still looks great!), and the Leather Sofa is also a Queen Sleeper.
★ Living Area #2 -
This main living area is near the front door entry and has a great view of the pool and patio, is close to dining area, and offers a power reclining couch and wall mounted TV. There is also a power massage chair and a very comfy, oversized, bean bag chair.
★ Living Area #3 -
This living area is in the mother-in-law Suite and offers a leather couch that is also a queen sleeper. It faces the Projector TV wall for a great entertainment experience. There is also a Bunk Bed on the far side of the room. This mother-in-law suite was specifically designed for the situation of multiple families sharing a house, so that there can be a measure of separation. A barn door separates this area from the rest of the house and can be open or shut. There is also an exterior door for a private entrance to this area.
★ Laundry Room -
Features new, quality washer and dryer set. There is also an ironing board, large hampers, counter space, shelving, and cabinets.
☀ Pool & Patio -
Patio offers a selection of seating options including 4 sun loungers that get a great sun exposure. The pool stays at a warm temperature a full 10 months out of the year due to its breadth, depth, and it getting full-sun all day. (Screen enclosures make pool temperatures much lower because it filters the sunlight.) The pool is HUGE and is larger than some commercial pools. Pool fencing is available to be installed on request with 2 days notice before start of reservation.
☀ Back Yard -
The back yard is bordered by a Privacy Fence, Privacy Concrete Wall, and Landscaping. It is also gated. There is a large playground and swing set for children to enjoy. (Please supervise them.) (Please Note - This playground is due to be removed early July 2024. The other playground will still be there though.)
☀ Front Yard -
The Front Yard is fully fenced in and gated. There is Lots of Driveway Space and a sidewalk to the front porch area. There are lots of mature trees which give great views and privacy.

THE RUSTIC RV -
This 2022 Class A RV can sleep up to 10 people, but since some of those beds are on the smaller side, they are more suitable for children. This RV is only added to the rental if reservation is for more than 25 people.
