- The resort's description of a 1 Bedroom ""Scenic View"" unit: this could mean a view of the resort, landscape, mountains, etc. Basically anything other than the ocean. We have no control over where the resort will assign you in the Scenic View category. You can of course make requests for the room location (as long as it is within the view category you booked) directly with the resort's front desk staff. Please note that all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, though the resort does what they can to honor requests when possible.
- All units are subject to a transient occupancy tax due at the time of check-in at the resort. Please contact the resort for the exact daily amount.
-Reservations made within 21 days or less of arrival may be subject to a room move due to high occupancies and increased travel demand for this destination.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
