Great spot!
Very cute condo in an excellent location, just a quick walk to all the shops and grocery stores. Just a heads up, this unit does not have central AC, which is common on the islands. But there are 2 portable ac units in the each sleeping area (the one in the bedroom is more efficient, as the door can be closed, but the loft is an open space). The managers are extremely responsive and were very gracious in letting us have an early check in time. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean an comfortable and had everything we needed. Only complaint was that we didn’t see anywhere in the listing that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Would have been no problem other than my 19 year old son is in a wheelchair and weighs 141 lbs in which I had to pack him up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times a day. I talked to property manager after we got there and discovered the problem, but they had no 1st floor accommodations that would sleep everyone in our party. Like I said other than that I would definitely rent it again.

Loved location and layout of condo. All the necessities and more. Only downside was could not get a good enough draft through condo without multiple loud fans going constantly. Either windows need to open or central air. Too warm for cmfort

Good Location to Everything
We only had one problem with our stay in that the AC didn’t work. There was one portable unit in the main floor bedroom, but nothing in the kitchen, living and primary bedroom, that is located upstairs in a loft. We closed up the unit every morning and kept the fans running, but by early afternoon it was very warm in the unit and hot in the primary. The other issue is this unit is on the third floor and I would consider a walk up. Check in and out was very easy and the condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed for preparing meals. The BBQ and Pool are a short walk and we found them clean and used them daily. Great location as we were able to walk to the beach, shopping and a great coffee shop and brewery. Had a good time during our visit.

The apartment itself was great but it was not actually located where it had been advertised
My husband and I stayed at this condo with our two sons ages 10 and 13. When we booked this condo it had been pinned on Ali'i Drive. That is where we wanted to stay as it offers easy access for our children to walk safely into town. It wasn't until I received my conformation email with the actual address that we realized that this condo was actually across a busy highway from town. The location was still pretty easy walking distance from town we just were not comfortable with having to cross a busy highway. The apartment itself was very nice and stayed well air conditioned. Communication with the owners was easy. Overall would still highly recommend this property to anyone not worried about having to cross the highway with little ones. It was beautifully maintained and we overall loved our stay there.

Great location and well stocked condo
We came in for the Ironman WC and the location did not disappoint. It was so close to the center of the action, we didn't drive anywhere related to the race. (I need more words for my review!) :) A few tips and things to note: - Complex has several staircases per building that service 6 condos each - 2 per floor. We got there in the dark and it took the help of some residents to get us to the right place. It's possible I missed the detailed instructions on finding it in our excitement to get there. - Condo is on the 3rd floor but it was nice. The cathedral ceiling and windows, etc made it super pretty. - Apparently there should be a 3rd key in the lock box that unlocks a gate that lets you cut over to the shopping area. We didn't get our hands on it until the day we left so didn't try it but supposedly it will open that gate - which would be AWESOME if it does! - there are 3 air conditioners that help keep the place moderate. Most residents open their front/back doors during day to let air flow through. Don't expect 68deg condo. It's Kona. - close the curtains and blinds on the patio (will help keep the mid day heat down) - check out the closet in the hallway and the closet down in the garage - LOTS of great stuff to use (snorkel equipment, coolers, beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards, beach bags, shopping bags, etc) - Well stocked, nice towels, clean, etc Host Co was responsive to our needs! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo
We had a wonderful stay! Very well stocked. Only downfall was it was a little hard to cool down during peak of day. We had a incident with outlet blowing swamp cooler. Management responded immediately and was very professional! Very comfortable beds. We got steps in for sure with being on the 3rd floor. The big island was amazing! Condo was very close to downtown Kona. No dishwasher, however we were out most of the time. Nice having washer and dryer in unit. Thank you for a great stay! Neighbors were very friendly!! Definitely would come back again!

Very well equipped
The condo was very well equipped and in excellent shape. We had everything we could need and were close to town. Easy walk to our favorite places. The management company was very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. We could not have expected anything better. The location is not on the water, but is quite close. A short walk and we were right in the heart of Kona. Could not be much closer. Having a parking spot was great, we used the car to get around the island. The one non-perfect thjng is the AC. My wife js very heat sensitive and the AC could not make it as cool as she wanted. The pool was close by, so we spent time there. I am not sure if others would find it as much of an issue, but we definitely found the open space made it tough to cool. Of course all the open space made for a wonderful floor plan.

Excellent location, met all our needs
Aloha, we are a local family that had a baseball tournament on the Kona side. We have stayed in these units before and loved the location. Everything was great, except the airconditioning unit in the downstairs bedroom was not working properly. It is very hot in Kona and since we were there for a tournament we really needed the place and a location for my son to cool off and rest. This issue did not feel like an emergency so I didn't call the emergency number, but did try and connect with the property managers. Unfortunately, the hours on the weekend are less available, and we did not hear back until the following day. Other than this issue it was a great place to stay. In the future, I will just call the emergency number. And hopefully, they will be able to fix the air conditioning unit in that room.

Amazing!
Absolutely LOVED this place! Super close to shopping. Place was very clean. Check in was easy! One of the best VRBO places we've stayed in. Had spices, towels, beach towels, sun screen and even had complimentary chocolates, codfee, and cookies! Management was very easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend this place! We will definitely be staying here again!
