Ne sacrifiez pas l'intimité pour des raisons de commodité lorsque vous réservez cette belle unité de bain de 2 chambres à coucher de 760 pieds carrés située au centre entre la plage de Kahalu'u, le centre commercial Keauhou et le centre-ville de Kona. Parfait pour toute la famille ou un groupe, cet appareil peut accueillir confortablement six personnes.
Avec Kahalu’u Beach Park à portée de main, profitez de son incroyable plongée en apnée. La location d'équipement de plongée en apnée est disponible directement sur la plage, alors descendez, enlevez vos chaussures et plongez pour voir les merveilles du Pacifique hawaïen ci-dessous.
La chambre principale est meublée d'un grand lit king-size californien, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une unité de fenêtre AC. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen-size et dispose également d'une unité de fenêtre AC.
Le canapé du salon se déplie pour encore plus d'espace de couchage. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, ainsi qu'un dans le salon et un au-dessus de la salle à manger.

Celebration of Life
We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a celebration of life. The hot tub and pool were welcome diversions. I have to say that the 2 rugs lining the hallway are a trip hazard. The ends are curled up and all of us tripped more than once. I see no reason for them. There also are too many plugs hanging from power strips. If you are asking people to wash towels then you should provide laundry soap, although for the price of the cleaning fee, you shouldn’t have to wash towels. Sorry but too many emails! I’m sure many people do not check their emails all day long and to ask for a viewing of the condo while people are staying there is just wrong. If the condo is for sale you should state that on line in your advertising

Great location one block from a beach with surfing. Scenic drive into Kona along Ali'i Drive. Unit was very peaceful and backed up against a green belt. Only downside is no elevator for floors 2 & 3.

Quiet area close to freak snorkeling beach
Great location, super quiet (except for the rooster at 5am) just uphill from a great snorkeling beach. We saw 4 turtles the first morning we snorkeled there. Unit has ceiling fans and ac on the two bedroom windows. It was stuffy when we arrived but it cooked off quickly. We reheated leftovers in the air fry/toaster oven, oil, vinegar and few spices for cooking. If you don't feel like going to crowded Kona to eat there's a nice shopping center and restrants just up the hill. Would stay again.

Older VRBO, could use some new furniture and rugs. Barstool material was totally worn off and torn. Couch was saggy and dirty. The outdoor chaise lounge was all torn up. The living room rug and bathroom rugs were dirty. Kitchen was small and had bugs. There was a bit of a mildew odor also. No AC in second bath so it can be warm in the afternoons. Location was good. Overall it was fine if you don't mind dated furniture and a few bugs. Had good supply of beach equipment.

This guy s our second stay in the condo. We like it because we can walk to Kahuluu snorkel park Very spacious nice the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo with 2 bathrooms. Hot tub is nice not too hot and pool is a nice warm temperature

We loved the area in which this property is located, and were happy to be there. We also appreciated the deck and the small pool and hot tub, as well as all the scuba diving equipment! The kitchen is tiny, but filled with every possible appliance. The space is a bit worn, and could have used a few more towels; but on the whole a good value.

Fantastic All Around!
This is a great unit right near the beach in a small condo building that is quiet at night. There is a pool and hot tub. The kitchen is quite small but well stocked to cook (something lacking in so many VRBO units). I especially appreciated that there was some "tupperware" to store leftovers--a very rare item in most VRBOs. As well, they had a cooler for the beach, beach towels, and masks/fins/snorkels which is so much easier than bringing them or renting them. In addition, management was very kind to allow us to check out late because we had an evening departure. All questions were answered by text very quickly, but we didn't have many questions because there's a great "everything you need to know" binder in the unit. I have zero complaints, it was an excellent unit to stay for a week.

This property served our purposes. Centrally located. Close to lots of places to eat. Beach across the street was nice. The only complaint was, wish we had more towels. Maybe some beach towels would have been nice to.

The location of this property is wonderful Kahalu’u. Beach is great for snorkeling and seeing turtles. There are lifeguards on duty too. Wonderful to have an assigned parking spot at the condo. We had everything we needed and shopping and restaurants close by.

Location and extras for the beach
The location was great, having all the beach activity equipment, coolers, and chairs made our days at the beach easy and relaxing. Walking across the street to snorkel each morning was fantastic. We definitely used the ceiling fans and the AC the bedrooms it cooled down fairly quickly we when we came back each night. Kitchen is tiny- 1 person at a time only but functional. We were disappointed that the BBQ had not been replaced and that there was nothing in the kitchen beyond salt and pepper. Everything else was well stocked and made for a great vacation. Thank you

This place is very nice, walking distance to the beach, but kinda far away from shopping areas. U do need car for that. The only disappointment is they said they have grill in the amenities. So we bought bunch of meats to be grilled but unfortunately the grill is not even there anymore only the propane by the swimming pool. So i suggested dont buy any meat for grilling. 😁 Other than that we love this condo. Thank u

One of the best places to snorkel is a block down the hill. It made it easy to get up and snorkel every morning with the family. The trolley also stops at the bottom of the hill so that made travel to and from town easy and you don't have to pay $13/hr for parking. The pool was maintained and always clean. The units aren't super updated but they are pretty comfortable and had all the necessities. The neighborhood was quiet every night. Even 4th of July was pretty quiet compared to most mainland neighborhoods.

Perfect!
This condo was in a perfect location— just steps away from a gorgeous snorkeling beach and slightly outside of the main crowds of Kona. The home was very clean and organized. The kitchen was small but well stocked for preparing some meals at home. There were beach towels, extra snorkel gear, etc., which we appreciated. We traveled with three adults, a young teen and a tween so we were thankful to have the pull out sofa. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the main living areas weren’t. The place stayed reasonably cool with fans and windows. The balcony was lovely with a cozy eating area under a blooming plumeria. Unfortunately, the area got super buggy (mosquitos, spiders, ants, …) after sunset so we didn’t get to use it in the evenings like we’d hoped. The bugs are not the home’s fault, of course, but something for visitors to be aware of. Overall, this place was great. We’d definitely stay again and wish we had planned more time for Kona during this stay.

Easy first time experience
This was my first time staying in a Vrbo and I found the descriptions and communications from the host to be accurate and easy to follow. The unit was comfortable for my group of 6. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the plumeria blooming around the lanai and 2 minute walk to the local beach park. I forgot to warn my group about the quiet hours and my 16 y.o. daughter had an early zoom call with one of her classes where she got a bit loud in her excitement; my sincere apologies to the neighbors.

Pros: Clean unit, extra linens and beach towels provided. Loved the patio. The pool and hot tub were nice, and it was such a short walk to the beach - great for kids to walk to. Cons: The unit directly below us reaked of trash everytime we walked by it (it was no where near the dumpsters though), the microwave doesn't reheat well and needs replaced, and then the master bedroom ceiling fan didn't work because the previous renter took the remote with them (I wish we were told this before check in - maybe they could have given us a different room; I had to call and ask where it was)

The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and the AC units in both bedrooms were welcome after coming back at the end of the day. The kitchen has all the hardware you would need to make easy meals (though FYI, no salt/pepper, so shop accordingly, or just grab some great premade options from the KTA Superstore up the road). The lanai was a relaxing, quiet place to enjoy the birds and geckos while having coffee in the morning, and the small pool was great for an evening swim with the kids. The real selling point for us, though, was the world class (but extremely kid-friendly) snorkeling beach located a block away, and that the condo was stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy it (snorkeling gear, boogie board, beach towels, etc.). We had a great stay. Thanks!

Excellent place near the beach
So the biggest pro to this condo is the access to kahalu'u beach. It's right across the street. This is one of the main snorkeling and surfing beaches around kona. It was easy to wake up, head over to the beach and snorkel a bit, and come back for shower and lunch. There is no central a/c, but the two bedrooms did have window units. The front bedroom got nice and cool. The back bedroom (the "master") not as cool, but comfortable. The ceiling light/fan in the master didn't work, so that was a little bummer. The window a/c was loud so would have been nice to have the ceiling fan at night with the window/sliding door open. The kitchen was great (everything we needed was there, and the pots/pans were good quality, not all beat up), and the laundry! Oh so nice to do laundry. We could use the TVs to stream netflix/disney, so that was easy. My teenage son didn't want to share the bed with my other teenager, so used the pullout couch. That was comfortable, with a thick foam pad to make it soft. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella we could use. Great to bring for a trip up to the other beaches (hapuna and manini'owali). That was very appreciated. And the patio/lanai was really enjoyable. It's a great location in the complex - a corner unit, so the patio was private and nice and green all around. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for us
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo was perfect for us. It was in a very good location that was not in the heart of Kailua's busy section of town; and an easy walk across the street to go snorkeling and scoping out the tide pools. We appreciated the supply of snorkeling gear so we didn't have to rent some. We enjoyed the patio that had foliage to block out the traffic. It was a relaxing spot to watch the birds. There was a nice, open living space to hang out, talk, and eat in. I would rent this unit again when in Kona.
