Stay in our Chalet with your own private heated indoor pool and hot tub. 3 bed/2 bath sleeps 8.

The Chalet is a perfect getaway situated east of downtown Kalamazoo & Western MI University. Only 4 miles off I-94 makes the drive easy from IL, IN, or OH. The indoor pool & hot tub are refreshing any season. Enjoy quality time with friends & family while making lasting memories.

The Chalet is on a lake, however, our guests do not have water rights. You may enjoy the lake from the shoreline but no walking on the lake when frozen nor use when unfrozen.

**NO PARTIES & no persons outside of your originally contracted group may visit the property during your stay.*

The property is on 3/4 an acre and all yours to enjoy. We ask that you respect our neighbors with quiet time between 10pm and 8am. We love our neighbors, so make sure that when we return, we will get good reports about our guests! Thank you!

**As of November 2022 - 3 recording cameras without sound are on the outside of the garages. They do not face windows of home.

Amazing pool house!!
What an incredible house! We absolutely loved our trip - and we have stayed at other similar rentals before (indoor pools, etc). Jennifer has thought of everything, and provided so many amenities - we had all we could possibly need, as well as plenty to do. The place was incredibly clean - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, pool. The beds were very comfortable, the carpeting seemed new and was super soft and plush. A small thing but makes for a pampered vacation experience :) Our kids enjoyed the games, a great bonfire (wood provided!) Obviously the pool and hot tub were the highlight - the toys were a great plus. Jennifer was also a pleasure to communicate with, quick response and helpful. (No actual issues, just a question about the hot tub settings, and the firewood.) We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful roomy home with everything you would need. Host left several local Michigan food gifts which was an enjoyable surprise. We greatly enjoyed our time in the pool so rarely left the house. Hoping to stay again in the future.

Amazing place to gather!
Met with family here and it was a great place for all ages! The kids loved the pool and all the available toys. Was a perfect place to catch up with family and let the kids play. Jennifer was an amazing host and we felt right at home!

Amazing!
The property was absolutely amazing!! We had 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 3), and we barely left the house the whole time. The pool was perfect, the house had everything you could’ve asked for (and more), and the property was beautiful. Jennifer supplied anything and everything you could need for the pool, including gated entry requiring a code, so I knew my little one was safe. In the words of my son, it was the “best vacation ever!!!”

Great winter getaway
This was a great place for a winter getaway with my husband. It was wonderful to have the pool and hot tub to relax and decompress from the chaos of our daily lives. The house was very clean and comfortable. The dozen donuts and coffee were a nice extra touch. Would definitely stay here again and bring the kids.

Perfect winter family getaway
We had such a great long weekend away! Our kids loved the pool, it was a huge luxury this time of year (Feb) in Mi. When they got a little water logged there were tons of books,, games and toys to keep them occupied. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the master bedroom. The whole family piled in to watch the fire, read and snuggle for a while before bedtime. It was so relaxing and we truly did not want to leave. We had a little hiccup early in the weekend and Jennifer answered my text right away, helped us deal with it and it was a non issue for the rest of the weekend. It was an overall fantastic experience.

Awesome Summer Vaca During a Blizzard
This property lived up to the advertisement and the reviews! Property was super clean, instructions for use of pool and hot tub was well prepared and easy to understand. Access to the property was seem less. An unexpected Blizzard happened during our stay and the host arranged for plow service several times during the storm. Would DEFINATELY recommend!!!!

Fun Family Time!
This was a great property with lots to do for everyone! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub of course but the house also had lot of other things to offer like a pool table, fire pit, games for the kids and plenty of space! We will definitely recommend and would return. :)

Incredible play to stay
The property was even better than I expected. The thoughtfulness and care the owners take to make it feel like a home away from home is really exceptional. It is comfortable for the entire family to live in and enjoy, and the indoor pool and hot tub are really special. We will be staying here for all future trips to Kalamazoo!

I’m not currently traveling with a pet but I have discovered that pet friendly hosts are more human friendly than the no pets allowed people. Also I have found that pet friendly houses have actually been cleaner than no pets allowed. Some no pets allowed places list that children are welcome yet give you a bunch of “don’t let the children do this, don’t let the children touch that” even when I repeatedly stated that the youngest in our group that time was 35 years old her response was “ well, yes, just try not to let the children put fingerprints on the patio door.” I gave up trying to communicate with that host. Jennifer is NOTHING like that host! If you are traveling with your pets I am sorry to say but this home did not allow pets. However Jennifer proved me wrong with both the friendliness and cleanliness. The communication from her was excellent. It felt as if she went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and at home. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN~LOOK NO FURTHER!!! There is 3 levels to this chalet. Every level was child friendly with games, toys and books for children. This trip I had grandchildren- 12, 10, & 5. When we walked through the door I took all electronics from them and never once did I hear “ grandma I’m bored!” even tho the temperature was in the 30’s and it was raining so they were stuck in the house for the entire weekend. There is plenty of games and books for adults as well! You will NOT regret staying! Wish we didn’t have to leave!!

Relaxing family getaway
Our new favorite spot. Our kids loved the pool (Mom loved the temperature! Thanks for keeping it warm enough for me lol) and we went in twice a day. There’s a candy store and toy store downtown, plenty of trails for nature walks and the house is stocked with everything you could need for the kids. It was such a relaxing and fun stay, I hope we’ll be back again. Thank you so much!

Cousins weekend away
This place was perfect for my annual “no parents allowed” weekend. I’m an aunt of 5 nieces and nephews, no biologicals of my own. Every year I take them on an adventure. This year we found the chalet and Gull Meadow Farms and Allegan Event. Spectacular time, cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you so much Jennifer for your amazing hospitality and flexibility. Relaxing Getaway
What a great place to spend time with family. The chalet had plenty of room and the amenities were great! There were stores and restaurants nearby. And, having an indoor pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The beds were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the woods and lake. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful getaway with an amazing pool!

Great house
We rented the Chalet for a small winter break. It it is a great house with plenty of room. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that we used every day and night. The host is very welcoming and even gave some treats from local shops like caramel corn and coffee. The house is well equipped with toiletries and kitchen needs. I would love to rent this place in the summer to utilize the lake. I would recommend this house to any family or friends for a great getaway.

Me and my family (6 adults) stayed a couple days at the house and it was everything we wanted and more. It is very central to anything you might need: grocery store, pharmacy, fast food, gas. The kitchen, bathroom, pool room are all fully stocked with anything you might need and we greatly appreciated being in contact with the owner Jennifer for whatever we needed. The house is wonderful and spacious and we didn’t want our vacation to end. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to renting once again.

Fantastic Home
There were 6 of us here for an educators conference! This property was wonderful! Jennifer was a fantastic communicator, the home was so clean, and everything was just perfect! We will plan on staying here again! The beds were extremely comfortable and all the amenities were exactly what we needed!
