Your Tropical Oasis!! Please come enjoy what we believe is one of the best located units in Mauna Lani Fairways. Total privacy!!

No Lanai facing yours, no building right next door. No road outside your door or windows. Peek-a-boo views of the Mountain, and the golf course from the Master Lanai. Lanai is truly covered, not baked in the sun all day long. But the sun is right there if you want to roll the lounges out onto the grass.

Tastefully decorated with just about every amenity you could want. (read our 100% 5 star reviews) We want you to enjoy your stay and leave the details to us. The beds have luxury linens with a 3" gel foam pad on the master King size bed. The guest room can be made up as Twin XL beds or a King, also with gel foam pads for luxury comfort.

If there are 6 of you, we have a high quality electrically inflated blow up Queen bed complete with luxury linens, extra pillows and lovely bedding. Your complete comfort is our goal.

Our on-line guest book will provide you with every possible detail you could need for your stay from directions to our complex, to gate and door codes, Fairways complex details like pool hours, house rules, etc., and details about the unit to help get you settled. We've included links to restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery, spas, golf, tennis, and more.

The garage is fully stocked with a couple of bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, ice chest and more.

You will have access to the Owners Beach Club (4 min drive) as well as an easy walk to the amazing lagoon beach at the Fairmont Orchid. (8 min walk) Both of these beaches have awesome snorkeling. Stroll the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid with ponds, waterfalls, and amazing lush landscapes not to mention the ocean views and lovely beach walk path.

Golf? Yep!! There are 7 courses within 8 miles of the Fairways. Tennis? Yep!! Over 12 courts within walking distance. Boogie boarding? Yep!! Hapuna Beach is some of the best boogie boarding in Hawaii. (and one of the reasons we picked the Big Island...what can I say...I love to boogie board) The owners beach is literally some of the best snorkeling anywhere, with turtles and in season the whales make a daily appearance. This is truly a tropical paradise.

Hidden gem on the Big Island
We had a great stay at this gem on the Big Island. Best location in Kona to stay and Payal and Anand are wonderful hosts. Communication was very easy and Payal and Anand were always very responsive. The condo was well equipped, the private beach is never a letdown and the convenience to other destinations is great. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this condo for your vacation in paradise!

Our family has spent vacations at multiple properties throughout the area, including one in the very same building at Fairways, and this was the most well equipped, private and hassle free condo we’ve rented. The beach gear was in good shape and had everything we needed (the beach wagon is life!). The condo was comfortable. Communication was extremely easy and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Vacation
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The private beach access was the highlight—perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing by the water. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The complex was peaceful, with a pool and hot tub for extra relaxation. The location was ideal. Most wonderful stay!
We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Very well stocked for cooking in and for recreational activities. The outdoor grill and lanai was nice and private. The property is secure and beatiful and the extra amenities were a plus! It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our time. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo on the Big Island. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, offering a lot of privacy, but still close to great restaurants, golf, and beautiful beaches. We loved the pool and hot tub area, and access to the private beach was a huge plus! The owners have truly gone above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need, even things we hadn’t thought to bring. We had a wonderful time. Everything in the condo was just as described. The owners have a pay it forward experience that was awesome. We needed band aids, they had them. Getaway and wedding weekend
My husband and I came to the Big Island to attend my cousin’s wedding and it just so happened to be our anniversary as well. This unit was absolutely perfect for our stay and as advertised. We had a family member stay with us the night of the wedding so the extra bedroom and bathroom worked out perfectly. The location of the rooms was also nice because you couldn’t hear a thing. Kitchen was well stocked and the bikes (although we ran out of time to use them) and snorkel gear/beach chairs were in great shape. Access to the owners beach club/restaurant were perfect for the day of our arrival and day of the wedding when we only had time to get a quick bite and relax for a couple of hours. Communication with on island PM was also appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and stay here next time with our 2 boys.

Great stay on Big Island
The condo was in a great spot, very quiet. We loved hearing the birds in the morning, and enjoyed the private yard and lanai. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful, and we also enjoyed that. The home is well-equipped and comfortable, and we used some of the snorkel equipment we found in the garage at the Beach Club (a very nice beach!). We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This rental is in a very desirable location, and is very well equipped. We loved it’s easy access to the beach and nearby shopping/groceries. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance until the last few days of our stay. This was a minor setback with access to the Beach Club. The unit was very clean and well equipped! Paradise found
This rental went beyond the description. Super private. We never saw or heard any neighbors during our week plus stay, even though we were surrounded by other owners and guests. The owner has the unit well stocked with just about anything you need. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Large, extremely clean and not crowded. The beach had free cabanas and a great restaurant which we enjoyed. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Very Nice, Private Townhome
This is a nice, well-maintained, quiet and private townhome on the edge of the Fairways development. The home is comfortable, and there are plenty of items in the garage to support your leisure activities. The kitchen is well-equipped to support any meals that you might prepare. All-in-all, a great property that we enjoyed staying in during our recent visit.
