Cette propriété est un magnifique domaine composé de trois maisons, cinq quais (dont au moins deux sont disponibles pour les locataires) et une magnifique terrasse au bord du lac. La maison principale est une maison spacieuse de 4 chambres, avec vue sur l'eau de la plupart des pièces.  Les équipements incluent le wifi, la télévision par câble, l'utilisation de (2) kayaks et 155 ′ de façade sur le lac. L'établissement comprend une cuisine de cuisinier avec des comptoirs en pierre ollaire et une grande île.  Venez profiter du porche enveloppant (684 pieds carrés) qui offre une vue imprenable sur Sandy Bay, les Adirondacks, Long Island et Elizabeth Island.
La propriété comprend un chalet récemment rénové. Le chalet a une cuisine, un salon, 3 chambres (dont un grand maître), un canapé-lit, 2 salles de bain, une terrasse et 8 couchages.
Il y a un hangar à bateaux au bord du lac récemment rénové avec une mezzanine, une cuisine, un salon, une salle de bains et une terrasse sur l'eau pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Stayed here with my family over the Columbus Day Holiday weekend for a family reunion. The three units on the property were exactly as described. Everything was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable and carefully taken care of. The checkin and check out processes were simple. Communication with the property manager was easy via text with questions—there was only one. Highly recommend this property for a large gathering. There is plenty of gathering space and also room for a little private time. Views are spectacular. Had trouble prying the group away from the deck to do things.

We love this home. Lots of space for a large family. We’ve been coming back for a few years now and plan to again next summer. My lower rating was due to cleanliness. Cabinets in kitchen were not clean on inside especially spices. Floors need mopping as our feet were pretty dirty. Front bedroom main house had mold smell. This is not normal for this home as in years past everything has been cleaned. This year not so much. But overall this is something that is fixable and like I said we’ll be back next year.

Beautiful property with an amazing location! The available boat rental added so much to our vacation. The property manager, Debby, was easy to contact. On arrival the property was very clean and well-stocked with necessities. Great stay!

The house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The views are great and we spent a great deal of time on the screen porch. We appreciated all of the seating out there. It was nice having the cottage and boat house for additional guests. The parking and steps were a little challenging with 2 guests in their mid 80s. The house was well stocked with everything we could ask for. The only thing missing was an ice maker.

We had a family reunion of 18 people, and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, especially for the teenagers. Very comfortable. Loved having the boat for the week as we explored the lake. Highly recommend this listing for any large groups.

Great family place!
We had a lovely time on the lake. Weather was perfect, water was clean and the view was picturesque. Loved the big porch over the boat dock. Wish we had had more time to rent a boat to really enjoy the lake…maybe next time! There are a lot of stairs-would not recommend for anyone with knee problems or the like.

The house is excellent! great layout for groups that do not need to be together all the time. The main house has an open layout so your group can gather, but many separate areas to find quiet time. The outdoor furniture in particular stood out to our group. It is all the same, and very high-end.

Wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better property for a large group on Lake George! The boat rental at the property was seem less and allowed us to explore the lake every day, the location of the property was perfect, and the kitchen (especially the main house) were well stocked for cooking for a larger group. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time!

Excellent family vacation spot
We stayed with a group of 16 grandparents, parents and grandchildren. We had a great time, even though there we a few days of rainy weather. The location is great and there are plenty of sleeping and rooming options for people to select. Plenty of places to park the cars with some close to the water and dock. The stairs are safe, but plenty of them. Proper planning for being on the side of a hill makes it a non-issue. Being close to Sandy Bay provides a good place to spend the day, although swimming from the dock in the late afternoon/early evening is a very good option.

This was our second year. Had a fabulous time. Debbie was great with any questions. Absolutely loved renting the pontoon boat this year. The weather was a little more overcast and wet during our week but you can still enjoy the covered dock and game room. We plan on returning again next year. The master bedroom needs a regular dresser with drawers though instead of a TV console with just shelves. Very inconvenient for personal belongings to stack on shelves because closet space was lost because of new bathroom. It would also help to have a seat in the shower area.

Best Vacation!!
Had a wonderful time on this family vacation. The house was clean and in a great location! Debby, the property manager, was so helpful with any questions we had. The views were unreal and there was plenty of space for a big family! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Great location and spectacular views
We came up for a wedding in Saratoga Springs which was beautiful. Family came from California, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Long Island and friends from Albany and Syracuse. There was plenty of room for all who stayed overnight. Other than food, there was not anything we needed to buy. The house had everything and more. The property manager Debby was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The house has many steps so we had to drive old uncle Jack every morning down to the main house and then back up in the evening. Other than that we all left a bit more fit then when we arrived. Everyone who fished caught many and threw them back for the next guests. Enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the awesome views of the Lake. Brought back many wonderful memories and still sharing pictures and stories. You are very blessed Richard and Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Everything about this home is great! Well stocked, beautiful views, and location on the lake is great. Having the boat rental there is a huge plus because of how convenient it is. Owner and property manager were extremely helpful. Lots of stairs/hills but that was well communicated ahead of time.

Beautiful location
Our wedding was in Lake George so we booked this property for our families and bridal party to stay at. We took the most beautiful pictures from the dock. We relaxed the day after with a quiet kayak trip around the lake. Debby was great and made sure we knew how everything worked when we arrived. She was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. The beds were comfy and clean. We loved having so many options for places to gather, from the upper and lower dock on the water, to the screened in porch, living rooms and game room in the garage…. There were options for everyone. We are planning to stay again in the future. This property couldn’t have been more beautiful or relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic vacation venue on Lake George
My adult kids, their spouses, and my 20 month granddaughter - 8 people in all - absolutely loved this property and all it has to offer. It exceeded our expectations which were high to begin with! The owner and managing agent were always responsive throughout the entire process. We felt welcomed. A generous supply of household staples, towels, spices, and games were on hand. 2 outdoor BBQs with the one off the main house fueled by a gas line rather than a propane tank. The A/C garage-converted-to-game room is fantastic. Had we not had such good weather the entire week, we would have been happy spending more time there. The sunsets from the lake deck were gorgeous every night. The number of stars at night from the same location away from city lights was amazing. We saw the Milky Way every night. My kids were thanking me every day for finding this place. We all felt it was in the top 3, if not the top, vacation we ever had. It is a place that we will go back to many times over the coming years.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Swimming and floating off deck was great fun. There is no beach area but all our kids are 13 yrs or older so they all enjoyed waist high water around docks. Enjoyed sunbathing and hanging out by water's edge. Upper deck used every evening for dinner and watching fabulous sunsets. Lots of room for all three families as well as ability to get some down time and privacy when needed. No complaints about beds either. Very comfortable. Game room was a real treat. Covered porch in the mornings for breakfast and coffee. We also got groceries delivered right to house by instacart. My only 2 recommendations would be differently a better table with separate seating on screened in porch to replace park bench.Difficult for all us older folks to swing legs up and over to squeeze into place along side others. Also, umbrellas on sunny part of dock for afternoon sun would be great. Yes, there are lots of stairs but all have side hand rails to help navigate. Thanks to Debby who we were able to call for any reason! Coming back next summer too.
