Perfect location and super comfortable!

Location, location, location
Four of us were attending a conference at the Delta Grand, a 10 minute walk from this great 3 bedroom VRBO. It was perfect for our after hours relaxation, provided the privacy each of us needed with 2 bathrooms, and options for snacks or other with a full service kitchen. We all very much enjoyed our stay.

Golf Getaway
Thank you again Kary for allowing me to rent your condominium. The amenities were top notch and the location was perfect for my group as we were within 30 minutes of our golf courses and within walking distance to many nice restaurants post-golf. I would certainly recommend renting from Kary!

Great space, great location.
This was a reunion of long time friends, most who traveled from Calgary. The condo was perfect for our needs, and was supplied very well with amenities. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to rent a very nice condo in a great location in a beautiful city. The manager, Kary was super to deal with. Overall stay was very good. Shower could of had better pressure. Carpets need to be cleaned. Map for parking and elevator would have been helpful. Otherwise it was fantastic. We would highly recommend and would return if ever back in Kelowna

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was big enough to host our group of 6 women and the location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown. We also appreciated the pool. My only complaints are there are large stains on the carpet in the master, the bathroom of the master needs some TLC as well as the walls throughout the apartment. The owner communicated very well and the apartment was cleaned despite those issues upon our arrival.

Perfect place for a family getaway
This condo was perfect for a family stay! We had two families with teenagers and one baby and the condo had everything we needed! The place was in a perfect location with an amazing pool! Great walking on the boardwalk right along the water too! The host was quick to connect when we had a question. I would highly recommend this place.

We rented this condo for 6 days getting ready for our son’s wedding in Kelowna . We had prepared many meals ahead of time in anticipation of family coming to visit. The following day we discovered that the fridge/freezer was not working properly. We contacted the host who sent a handyman to inspect it. He concluded the fridge needed to be repaired or replaced which the host then informed us with out any apologies or sentiments, that it would be 6 days before any repairs (after we checked out) We were forced to change many of our dinner plans as we had no fridge. After some discussion of compensation, the host wanted receipts for food items replaced, an audit if you will. This is not just about receipts but a failure as a host to ensure a rental unit with properly working appliances especially a fridge. We tried numerous times, unsuccessfully to speak directly to the host, who I believe is not located in town. It became clear she was not interested in any further communication. We have used short term rentals many times and have never encountered anything like this before. Our sad experience leaves us with no option other than we cannot recommend this rental property. P&M

Great winter getaway!
I enjoyed the complex and surrounding area. It was easy to communicate with Kary when I needed things for the condo and the neighbourhood was pleasant and peaceful. Being a corner suite the condo gets lots of sunlight in the winter and I could sit in a sunbeam while I read mid afternoon :)

Great accommodations for our family of 5. Clean and comfortable. Exactly as expected. Kari was extremely responsive to all questions. Very helpful with our check-in process when we couldn’t access the VRBO app. Great location.

Bad hostess
The host of this property clearly does not live anywhere near the property or does not tend to it. No one verified the guests who had the property prior to us had left, so when we checked in we found the property with people still in it. The host was not even aware the guests had not left the property, let alone have the property cleaned and prepped for our arrival. We had to vacate for 5 hours, with our luggage and nowhere to store it, while the host tried to get the guests out and the property cleaned. Once they left, our passcodes no longer worked to get into the property, so more hassles. The most frustrating part is the host made no effort to try to make the stay better, no offer of compensation, not even an apology. This is exactly the scenario that makes me question using this site in the future.

Great Host!
Kary was a fantastic host and communicated excellently. The property was very clean, and check-in was seamless. The property management is quite strict and a few of the rules were a little crazy, but that was out of Kary’s control entirely.

Good condo for adults, close to downtown, great pool
Condo fits 4 adults easily, close to downtown and lake. Great pool area and other amenities like pool table and putting green. Condo is warn due to constant traffic, carpets require cleaning badly, instructions on how to get to pool not provided were only negatives. Good value for price.
