Situated in the heart of Sonoma Valley, stroll to nearby restaurants, tasting rooms, and the local market. Famous wineries and fine restaurants in Sonoma, Glen Ellen, and Kenwood are all within a short drive. Find beautiful views and rewarding hikes at Sugarloaf State Park, just three miles away.

Sonoma Valley sunshine fills the living area with light. Recline on the plush leather seating and stream Netflix and YouTube TV on a 65" 4K TV. The sleek gas fireplace provides a warm ambience. The gourmet kitchen has everything you'll need to create culinary masterpieces. Enjoy a large island and upscale stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range and a dedicated wine fridge. A one-of-a-kind wooden table seats guests for grand meals in the dining area.

The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, wet bar, and mini-fridge. Dine alfresco at the table, kick back in the comfy seating around the gas firepit, and watch the stars emerge. Sunbathe on a chaise lounge by the pool or soak in the hot tub after a day of exploration. Vibrant flowers, mature fruit trees, and organic vegetables flourish in a lush garden by the pool. A Zinfandel vineyard offers a slice of Wine Country in your backyard.

Nightly quiet hours are 9 p.m. - 7 a.m.
The pool offers solar heat in the summer months (from Memorial Day to Labor Day). POOL HEAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON.
TV: House accounts for Netflix and YouTubeTV (network and cable TV channels).
Sonoma County regulations dictate that the occupancy and parking of this home must not exceed 8 guests and 3 vehicles. Additionally, amplified music is not permitted at any time.
Guests breaking city ordinances regarding noise, parking, dogs not on a leash, fireworks, fires, etc., may be subject to city fines of up to $1,500 for a first offense.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Nest doorbell and outdoor cameras on the front side of the house.
Noise monitoring: Outdoor noise monitors on the back side of the house. (These measure decibel levels and do not record audio.)



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for a Couples Getaway!
This house is amazing! The layout of the house is perfect for a couples getaway. We had 3 couples staying in the house and there was plenty of privacy plus space! The kitchen was fully equipped, the setting in the backyard is absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend this house for a group of adults traveling to the area. A car is a must though in order to travel to the various towns in NAPA and SONOMA.

Stayed here for three days in early May. The pool was warm enough to swim in even though it was not heated. (Pool not heated until after Memorial Day) Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The home and back yard are amazing.

Fantastic Getaway
We had family visiting us for the Christmas holidays from Canada and we wanted to do a little getaway for 3 nights (7 of us in total, 5 adults, 2 kids). This property was amazing!!! Too cold to use the pool, but hot tub, fire pit, rec room, not to mention the large living area and kitchen inside was put to good use. Everything true to the listing, clean, beautiful. Not a single complaint!

Kenwood Girl’s Trip
Perfect place to stay for a girl’s trip to Sonoma Valley. Centrally located with some excellent wineries nearby, we found this to be so convenient for our itinerary. Having four full bathrooms and four king size beds was the biggest selling point for our group of 8. Property is as pictured. The game room in the garage and self-playing piano were fun bonuses.

Exceeded Our High Expectations!
We were very excited about staying at this house because it’s listing looked ideal for 3 couples traveling together in wine country. It is hard to believe, but this house exceeded our already high expectations! Not only was the house ‘as pictured,’ but it is a home with attention to detail. They have thought of everything! Light switches and kitchen cupboards are marked so you know what each operates and where items are supposed to be stored. The backyard patio and pool area are spacious, beautifully landscaped, and well maintained. The game room located in a remodeled garage is a great addition for evening games of ping pong and pool. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and the appliances are high-end and function well. There is plenty of seating for everyone indoors and outside. The only disappointing ‘house rule’ is that no music is allowed to be played outside at any time. Kenwood is a great location for this home as it sits in between the Napa and Sonoma Valleys which makes it easy to visit each. We are looking forward to staying at this home again in the future!

Gorgeous Property and House
My wife and I, along with 4 friends, stayed at this beautifully redone Kenwood house for a week during our recent trip to the Napa area. The house is magnificently appointed, with large bedrooms, king beds, and ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen and dining living room were lovely and a great open space to gather inside. However, we spent most of our time outside on the gorgeous back deck, on the couches surrounding the propane/gas fire pit and at dinner outside each night (we had great weather!) at the large outdooring dining table. We even utilized the BBQ one night to hang out and cook for ourselves. The game room with a pool table, ping pong table, jenga and connect for was an added treat for our competitive group. Great, quiet neighborhood too and was able to walk to the local deli/convenience store and the neighboring pizza place. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kenwood area.
