Détendez-vous dans notre belle maison au bord du lac Richland Chambers avec de la place pour vous étendre, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, et un emplacement central facilement accessible entre Dallas et Houston.
Réunissez-vous dans la grande grande salle avec deux fenêtres géantes offrant une vue étendue sur le lac situé dans la cour arrière. Installez-vous dans le patio partiellement couvert surdimensionné avec 250 pieds de rivage ou défiez quelqu'un à une partie de billard dans la salle de jeux. Lisez un bon livre dans la bibliothèque du coin, ou jouez aux cartes ou à un jeu de société sur la table de jeu. Regardez la télévision ensemble à l'aide du grand écran de télévision dans la grande salle, connectée à Direct TV. Pêcher sur le pont de pêche du hangar à bateaux, regarder des levers de soleil à couper le souffle, des espèces d'oiseaux abondantes, des canards sauvages, des écureuils et de magnifiques étoiles ouvertes ne sont que quelques-uns des charmes que propose Sunrise Cove RC, LLC (Sunrise Cove).

Cette magnifique maison au bord de l'eau spacieuse dispose de 9 chambres, 7 chambres de plain-pied et 5 ½ salles de bain. Il est situé sur une crique isolée sur près de 5 acres.
Sunrise Cove, a environ 5 100 pieds carrés comprenant une maison principale et deux logements pour invités.
La maison principale de 3 011 pieds carrés comprend une cuisine complète, une grande table dans la salle à manger et une deuxième table dans la cuisine. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur et un four. La grande salle dispose d'une télévision grand écran, d'une table de jeu, d'un bar avec un grand réfrigérateur et d'une machine à glaçons séparée. Il y a trois chambres spacieuses, deux à l'étage et le maître est situé au niveau principal.
La chambre principale a une douche, une baignoire séparée et des lavabos pour elle et lui. Les deux chambres à l'étage partagent une salle de bain qui comprend deux lavabos et une grande douche avec un banc. Un demi-bain est situé en bas à proximité de la cuisine.
Il y a deux quartiers invités. Le logement pour invités Richland de 1 024 pieds carrés comprend quatre chambres et deux salles de bain, comprenant une douche dans une salle de bain et une combinaison douche / baignoire dans l'autre salle de bain. Le logement d'hôtes Chambers de 1065 pieds carrés comprend deux chambres et une salle de bain avec un grand lavabo et une douche. Une salle de jeux, située dans le quartier des invités Chambers, arbore un billard, une table à cartes et une télévision grand écran.

High School Bass Fishing Tournament
Our high school bass fishing team stayed here for a weekend tournament. Everything was wonderful! The place was clean, everything was exactly as described & it was the perfect place to fit so many families. Communication was wonderful as well, and Connie was so very accommodating! We had the best time & will stay here again when we have another tournament on Richland Chambers.

This was the 4th year in a row that we have stayed at this property. Connie is always great to work with. The property is always in excellent condition. The perfect wedding weekend retreat!
Our family had the best team staying together here. Every family had their own spacious guesthouse, separate bathrooms to get ready in, excellent water pressure and it never seemed to run out of hot water. The main house and kitchen provided the perfect gathering and hangout spot with fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals and the private waterfront access felt so secluded. We had fun hangout on the porch, loved s'mores at the fire pit, the basketball court, and only 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Thank you for sharing you wonderful home with amazing layout that made us all feel so comfortable and added to our fun weekend full of memories!

Fabulous location for a group get away
We had an amazing Christmas at this beautiful property. The owners/property manager were beyond helpful and kind - even having a Christmas tree assembled for us. Check in and out were exceptionally easy. This property easily can host parties of 10 with enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms so everyone has room for solitude as well as group time. There is a well stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge space and even an ice maker that was a hit with everyone. The outdoor kitchen was easy to use and has a wonderful inviting atmosphere. The fire pit was so cozy and easily can hold a large party so you can toast marshmallows and stargaze at the same time. Best of all, the property is pet friendly and we enjoyed having our furry family members with us as well. A thirty minute trip down the road brings you to Corsicana with modern conveniences like HEB and Starbucks but you have to pass the Russel Stover Factory/shops on the way and that’s just to hard to resist. We ended up with quite a bit of delicious candy. Navarro Hospital is also very close by in case of emergency and they have a very kind and efficient staff. Overall, a 10/10 and highly recommend this property for your large gathering needs.

Property was even better than the photos posted. Spacious common areas and covered patio with ample seating. Our family gathering with 5 adult children, spouses and grandkids was complete with this venue offering ample play areas and dock area for fishing with the littles. We would definitely do this property again.

Perfect for large groups
Enough indoor space to gather for meals and talking but individual rooms to "get away" to for reading or relaxing. Great outdoor space, large patio for everyone to sit, plentry of yard for games, and of course fishing from dock or shore. Great property.

Excellent accommodations for our family of 12 adults and 1 baby! Great room and dining area accommodated all of us comfortably. Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds were. The outside patio area included enough seating for all and the large uncovered patio was perfect for the corn hole game that we brought with us. Property manager's response was immediate and effective to any texts that we sent with questions or needs. The nearby Harbor Restaurant was excellent in food quality and friendliness of the wait staff.

Family vacation
This is our annual Family Vacation. We had adults and children and grandparents which is us. Ages 15 to 5 for the children. I can't even express how perfect our experience has been and this is our second year in a row to enjoy this wonderful place. Perfectly maintained and set up. Perfect for a big family with children. Lots of areas to hang out and lots of space to roam. The grandchildren ate every meal outside on the back porch together and told the adults we could just stay inside. I hesitate to say much more nice because I don't want other people to take our time and we won't be able to book it for next summer. Connie is the perfect host and we love love being there.

Great for a large group
Sunrise Cove was perfect for an extended family trip to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. We had 17 people there, including 7 kids from mid elementary school up to college age. There was plenty for everyone to do and lots of space to spread out. The lake access was perfect! The cove is very quiet and the 5 acres gave us tons of privacy. We were able to tie our two boats to the dock at the property. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock…caught several catfish and a turtle! Having the sidewalk and no stairs all the way from the patio to the dock was fantastic. The huge patio space was constantly in use and we used the outdoor kitchen every night. The house is well cared for and clean. It had everything we needed and communication with the host and property manager was excellent. A pretty severe storm blew in the first night we were there and the property manager sent us a text notification of the storm warning to ensure we were aware. We all agreed it was the perfect spot for our gathering and we would love to stay there again.

We had a sibling reunion with some spouses. The property accommodations were perfect for the 12 of us. The views and the outside areas are beautiful. The weather was much better than we expected. Family Reunion
The property was very clean, and in fact, one building had been obviously repainted very recently. Wish they might have aired it out a bit more before our arrival, but opening windows accomplished the task within hours. The a/c was obviously not working, but the host quickly responded by arranging for service call the next day. Plenty of room. What might have made the VRBO reach that next level is some items such as yard games (corn hole, yard darts, etc.) and/or other forms of entertainment. The caution about being aware of snakes should have been in the flyer. The TV/WIFI seemed to work fine but was not used a lot. There was an EXCELLENT fishing guide within about a mile of the facility which provided an avenue for those interested in fishing. Finally, due to the hospitalization of one family member we tried to change the date (after the deadline as most emergencies are) and the host was unwilling to budge - so be sure you are wanting to stay or eat the cost if there is an emergency before signing up. It met our need of providing lodging for a family of 10 adult siblings with spouses. The one addition had 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and it would have been helpful to know that one had to go thru the 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom. Ice machine and refrigerators were very nice and exceeded expectations.

Annual Thanksgiving Family Reunion
This property is outstanding in every respect. The layout was perfect for our extended family of 10 adults and six kiddos. The grounds are immaculately kept and spacious for outdoor activities of all kinds. Connie (the owner) and Angela (the property manager) were wonderful to communicate with - the perfect combination of responsive but not intrusive. We didn’t bring a boat but we might next time - there’s a ramp right on the property as well as a pier and dock, as the house is on a cove which leads into a 44,000 acre reservoir which the locals told us is brimming with white bass and catfish. (For the less adventurous, fishing right off the dock is another option.) The beds were comfortable, the technology worked great and the availability of 5-1/2 bathrooms was a real luxury for our clan. We can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Absolutely amazing.
We hosted our 19 year Iraq War reunion here for Veterans Day 2023. This place was absolutely perfect! Its clean, spacious, private, and offered all the amenities our group of 12 needed. The managers were very helpful, and made everything so easy. If you have a large family, or are looking to host a small group for some relaxation, this is the perfect place. We couldn't be happier.
