Come relax in this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath multi-level home located in the hills of Keystone Ranch. Sleeping 14 across 2 queen beds, 6 twin beds, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. This home is only a 11-minute drive to Keystone Resort. Enjoy the ample activities River Run Village has to offer or the Keystone golf courses. The entrance of this home has beautiful stained glass décor and a mud room. Once inside, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a large window with scenic views await you. The main living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and a SmartTV offering Netflix and Hulu for those staying in.

The entire home is spacious with walking room, both in the common areas and bedrooms. The entire home has been renovated with updated hardwood floors, modern furniture, stained glass, and every bathroom has been redone.

The kitchen has ample seating with a breakfast bar, seating four, as well as a breakfast table surrounded by wooded views. This kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare home cooked meals. All appliances have been upgraded to stainless steel. Enjoy a meal with the whole family in the additional dining room that seats 10. The dining area offers views of mountains peaking through the forest. Off of the dining room is a wrap around balcony with ample seating and a gas grill. There is also an extra half bath on the main level.

The master bedroom is located on the main level behind the living room. The master features a queen bed and vaulted ceilings, providing a spacious feel. Enjoy private access to the wrap-around balcony from the comfort of your bedroom! The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and granite countertops.

The basement features a second living area, patio access, two bedrooms, seating, a sleeper sofa, TV, games and books. The second living room allows guests to spread out while still being together. Guests can enjoy movie or game night in! The lower level master has a queen bed, a private entrance to the patio, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom in the basement has two twin beds. Next door you will find the full-sized guest bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or take in the mountain air from the swinging bench, all from the privacy of the patio.

The fourth and last bedroom is located upstairs, on the third floor. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds and a private bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a perfect kids room, with two twin bed and a twin-over-full bunkbed, and a wall creating privacy and space.

Guests have access to a 2-car garage for ease of mind, an in-house washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for convenience. Guests can relax together with ample seating and the privacy of the Keystone Ranch views.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Parking is strictly enforced; guests may park 2 vehicles in the garage and up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. You may not park more than 2 vehicles in the driveway. If you do not utilize the garage for parking, only 2 vehicles are allowed. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Weekend Stay in Dillion
We had a wonderful girls trip. It was an easy self check in, however the cleanliness wasn’t great, upon arriving there were cigarette butts all over the outside of the property by the hot tub along with empty beer cans in the yard. My friend and I got bed bug bites as we slept in the same room upstairs and they have been incredibly uncomfortable since leaving the property. The host was very good in getting back to me, however I was bummed that we didn’t hear back about early check in even with asking about it months and days in advance. The house is just like the pictures however most rooms are twin beds in order to accommodate families, so good to know as we were expecting more full size beds.

House has a lot of issues
There were numerous issues with this property and it is very outdated. I would not recommend this property. Below is a list of issues we experienced with the property throughout our stay. Main floor master: - No window coverings for glass door out to deck - Window coverings broken so no privacy in main bedroom - Shower curtain 12 inches too long - never dried - Toilet paper holder coming off from wall - Door handle broken on several bedroom doors (fell off on inside) - upstairs and main floor - Left side sink towel handle fell off wall House - Fridge didn’t work. Property management company Replaced with two dorm sized fridges - Outdoor wooden furniture warped and ripped clothing - Outdoor wooden table not stable and would fall over if you put any weight on it - Hot tub didn’t work for our stay - was a main selling point for choosing this VRBO - Dining room chairs : a couple were broken when leaning back - No hand soap for kitchen - No outlet covers throughout - basement shower broken - one of 2 coffee pots was broken - although the house had 2 hot water heaters, there was only enough hot water for 1-2 people to shower at a time (maintenance came out, but problem was not fixed) - lots of weeds and house needed landscaping - peeling paint on deck Overall, this house has potential to be a great property, but for the price, we were very disappointed.

Looks Can Be Deceiving
I had booked this home in April for a large group of us to stay for five days in June. Originally, it was only for 11 guests but I was able to message the host via the VRBO app to add 3 additional guests. They were quick to respond & gave me great feelings about how the visit would be. Three days before our stay, I received a text from "Summit County Mountain Retreats" saying that the fridge is out of commission & would take maybe a couple of days. Day of our stay, I asked for an update & they said that it has to be replaced so they gave us a smaller fridge. We arrive & there were two small dorm fridges in the kitchen. For the time that we were there, we had to mostly live out of our coolers because we brought food for 14 people for 5 days. That night we tried to use the hot tub & it was more like a lukewarm tub with hit or miss jets. When we texted about it & the 99 brand shooter bottles lining the doorframe, they said they were notified that morning that it needed a part. Unfortunately, there were a lot of other safety & cleanliness problems that were of concern to us that impacted our stay. After requesting to have a point of contact to express concerns, they asked us to reply to the text. They offered a small refund when compared to the inconveniences. Some of the main features that we looked for in our stay were a hot tub & fully functional kitchen; we got neither. I would not recommend renting until the safety, cleanliness, & attention to comfortability are addressed.

Perfect home for family and friends
We loved our stay and highly recommend this home. There was plenty of room for two families. It was cozy (especially the beds) and not overdone, it felt like home. We were close enough to the ski areas and shopping but far enough out to enjoy the views. The communication was excellent and thank you for the last minute late checkout! We are already planning a return next year.

7 Day Stay
We stayed here for 7 days. Beautiful house even though it’s not as modern as it seems in the pictures. The location is great! I liked the fact that the grill is connected to the gas so you don’t have to worry about filling up the propane tank. They even had a meat temperature reader. Some things are a bit outdated but everything seemed to work properly. Overall I’d give this house an 7.5/10. We enjoyed our stay here.

Watch out - you may have to dig you way to property!
Nice place. But we arrived to nearly 2ft of snow and it took a group of 8 people multiple hours to clear out the large driveway to be able to access the house. We have no problem with a physical exertion on a nice Colorado day, but when you have pay for a $$$ VRBO in the middle of ski country, that comes with some basic expectations for snow removal. We called the management service multiple times to ask for assistance, but they ultimately did nothing. They offered two reasons: 1) "It's the owner responsibility" - well ultimately that's a poor excuse, as the management company you should find a way to remedy the problem! 2) "with such a big storm, the whole county was behind schedule" - that's simply not true, when we arrived every driveway in the entire neighborhood was already plowed. So again, fine house. Just don't expect to get a lot of help from the management company in a pickle.

Property was great with a great location. Deck was awesome plenty of room for our group of 9. The only downside was the kitchen amenities. There was a lack of good cookware primarily frying pans. Of the 2 that were at the house, 1 was in poor shape and was no longer non-stick. The other one was stainless steel. For a house meant for lots of people, you probably need larger fry pans that are in good shape. There is also a lack of sharp knives. Overall, though a great time and a good house.

Deck had grease from the grill. Nails were sticking up on the deck. Those items need your attention. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the accommodations. It’s a beautiful location!

Great kitchen, no snow removal
We (5 adults, 3 teenagers, 3 under 5-years old) stayed here for a late-season ski trip. Compared to other VRBOs that I've stayed in, the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The views out of the windows were incredible, and the house was well matched to our needs. Overall, I would stay here again. This property, like most VRBOs, had some shortcomings. The biggest one was snow-removal -- as in I don't think the snow was ever removed from the driveway, walkway, or deck. 3+ feet of ice/snow made the deck unusable. The driveway and walkway to the house were treacherous to walk on. While this is fine for my kids, I would not want to bring my 74 year old mother here during the winter, due to the risk of falls on the unremoved snow/ice. I contacted the property management service about this and they indicated that snow removal was not their responsibility-- by indicating that snow removal was the responsibility of the HOA or the owners. I've stayed in dozens of ski-town VRBOs through the years, and I've never stayed in one where the snow was not removed -- until this one.

Exceeded expectations
The photos don’t do this properly justice! With 9 in our family group, the house was comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had ample room for all of us as we cooked dinners on site. The dining area and living room were perfect for group and we loved the views of woods and mountains. It was great having so many bedrooms and bathrooms- of note: there’s 2 separate bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms upstairs! The hot tub was large and toasty after long days. We had a great time!
