Townhome in Keystone Allows for Quick Access to River Run & Mountain House

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom multi-level townhome in Keystone sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. It features beautiful slope views throughout the unit, updated hardwood flooring, an updated full size kitchen, and tons of space for your entire group. Vaulted ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows allow lots of natural light in the living area and master bedroom. Other features include in unit private laundry and a private heated garage to keep your car warm and out of the elements. There is also a shuttle stop nearby. This vacation rental is just a short walk or shuttle to the Mountain House base area, all of River Run Village and surrounding ski lifts! Even closer, you will find assorted shops and restaurants. Amenities include two nearby shared outdoor hot tubs.

From the entryway, head upstairs to the main level where you will find yourself in the living area. It features vaulted ceilings with large windows with beautiful slope views. There's also a gas fireplace, flat screen HD TV, and ample seating. The private balcony is just off the living area. Enjoy the slope views from the comfort of the outdoor seating and the private grill is perfect for a family BBQ no matter the season!

The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a dining table with seating for eight. You will also find a guest bathroom located just off the kitchen area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, large windows and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops, a large soaking jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms as well as the washer and dryer are located on the lower level. The first guest bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, en suite bathroom, and an exit leading to its own small patio. The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and en suite bathroom.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Nice Space, Nice Location, Nice Views, Nice Deal

Overall, we had a nice time at this condo for a quick summer trip to the mountains. The space was perfect with 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, so everyone had privacy and space. WiFi was fast and consistent. My F150 crew cab fit in the garage too, which was a plus. Mountain Views are killer too! Only issue was early construction (7am) at a house just in front of the condo, however, that is out of owner / manager control, so I’ll let it slide. We were up early every day, anyways, so we made the best of it.

Great location, great price, good unit

Pros: Excellent location, close-ish walk to keystone village and either base area. King and queen bedrooms/beds were very comfortable - I personally slept like a a baby. Everything worked as described. Appreciate that the property manager provided humidifiers in every room. It’s a small but important touch. The price is very good for the location and I would definitely rent again. Cons: the most glaring (and maybe the only) issue is the twin beds. It may be more comfortable to sleep on the couch or even the floor. It’s really hard to overstate how bad those beds are, I wouldn’t plan on anyone sleeping on either of the twins. We had a minor cleaning issue with some debris left in a shower but the property manager was very responsive and offered to correct the issue. Nothing more they could have done. Overall would definitely rent here again if they were to swap out the twin mattresses. Great location, great price.

Nice, quiet and spacious condo

Very nice view, balcony facing south, clean and spacious townhouse. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Master king bed mattress is fantastic.

Keystone Adventures

It was a lovely home. I only gave it a 4 because we were told we could get in at 4:30 and when we arrived housekeeping was still there. We had to wait another 50 minutes to get in. The beds were comfortable except for the twin bunks. The other two bedrooms we had no complaint. The master bedroom gets a lot of morning sun from the upper windows that have no shades or curtains. The neighborhood was very quiet! I would recommend this home to my friends and family!

Clean, Basic, convenient

Gents weekend of spring skiing. Property is about a 10 minute walk from the lifts (not too different if you parked your car in the nearby lot). It is a 3 minute walk to coffee and some convenience stores. Has a grill, kitchen and plenty of room to have dinner with a group of 8 or more. Garage was nice for us to load and unload. Wish we had a couple more basics in the property (like olive oil, coffee, etc) but that’s not necessarily a fair expectation. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

Convenient location

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked. Very convenient to Keystone - a shuttle comes by the outside gate (a short walk away) and drops you right at the mountain. We also skied Breckinridge (25 minutes away) and Vail (45 minutes away). The fireplace didn’t work while we were there. The maintenance crew was helpful over the phone but never made it out to fix it. Nice view of the mountains. We would stay again.

Kind management, Clean and close to slopes!

So happy with our stay! Not only was the property everything you could want, but the management totally bailed us out when our son locked himself in the bedroom. The kindness extended to us was so appreciated. PLUS the property is perfect.

Excellent Stay in Keystone, CO

This VRBO was my first VRBO. This was amazing! The staff was in constant communication from the time I made the reservation to even texting me during the stay if I needed anything. The Condo was beautiful and clean with 3 bdrms and even 4 baths. Deck, grill and all we needed. I loved it and was very impressed with the unit and the staff. Thanks for an amazing 1st experience.

Black Bear

Yes, our neighbor was a black bear. The unit is in a prime location with beautiful views. It is just a couple of blocks from the River Run area. The property is managed by Summit County Mountain Retreats. Our experience with them was excellent. The unit was awesome and the kitchen lacked nothing. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. I would have given this property a 5 star rating except for the carpet is in bad need of replacement.
