Spacious Condo w/ Mountain Views, 2 Master Suites w/King Beds, Walk to Base

This spacious muli-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with loft sleeps 10 with three king beds, a twin bunk bed, and a futon. It features a great living area with vaulted ceilings, a second living area on the loft level, two master suites, updated kitchen and a private balcony with beautiful mountain and treed views. Located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, you have easy access to the entire resort, or head over to neighboring Arapahoe Basin where you can be in under ten minutes. You can also walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace with stacked stone and a flat screen TV. The large picture frame windows allow for plenty of natural light and beautiful alpine views. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony where you can take in the views and fresh mountain air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom has a large single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

On the main level, the first master bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own entrance to the private balcony where you can take in the slope views. It also has a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is also on the main level and features a king-sized bed and it has its own entrance to the guest bathroom.

Upstairs is a loft with a flat screen TV and a twin-sized bunk bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The second master suite features a king-sized bed, ample clothing storage space and a window with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The private washer and dryer are also on the loft level, an initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Beautiful townhouse in a perfect setting
With fall colors all around, and tucked up against a creek, there was plenty of room for 6, a well-stocked kitchen, fantastic outdoor space with a massive grill. An ideal week for three generations to spend together.

The property was nice and clean, but the one thing we were looking forward to was the pool, and it was “under repair” the day we got there. The grilling area was also not open. When I contacted the host they were not aware of the situation. I had to contact them and they got back to me within the hour. Unfortunately the Pool was down for the rest of that day. Would’ve been nice if they had offered some type of compensation or at least if they had been aware of what was going on prior to our arrival.

Great getaway for the whole family!
We stayed here with the extended family and had a wonderful time! The place was very clean and comfortable, well-stocked with needed items, and close to lots of fun activities. The only downside in summer is the noise from the adjacent highway when windows are open, which is necessary to keep the temperature comfortable. Great place though and overall enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful get away!
The kitchen was well -stocked with enough dishes, plates, pans, etc. for our entire family. Also, enough chairs that we could eat together as a family. The washer and dryer on -site were very convenient. Everything worked! There were plenty of towels (we cold have used pool towels, but we made it work.) The beds were comfortable with enough pillows. Enough hot water, but we did try to conserve. We would definitely stay here again, and it was nice enough that I would live there -- highest complement for a vacation rental! the ONLY drawback was no air-conditioning; however, plenty of box fans that kept it comfortable. It was warm, so we opened the windows at night which let in all the highway noise from trucks using Loveland Pass.

Ladies Trip
A few friends and I fully enjoyed staying here for my 40th bday ladies trip! Loved all the windows and natural light. Everyone had their own space and we loved the living room and kitchen area. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. I’m a clean freak and the condo met my expectations. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Quite helpful that there’s a little convenience and liquor store downstairs. There’s also a bakery/coffee shop and bar/pizza place on the main level. Condo was in walking distance to main shops in Keystone. You won’t regret booking this place! Highly recommended it!

Great place to stay in Keystone
Everything was great. Checking in was easy and so happy we didn’t have to mess with keys. The unit was very clean. There were enough furnishings in the kitchen to prepare meals, except one thing, pot holders. But no big deal. The starter kit was enough to last us the 5 days we were there. The beds were comfortable. We are used to having air conditioning and the unit doesn’t have it, but that’s typical for the area. There were 2 fans in every room to help keep the unit cool. We enjoyed the foosball table along with the washer and dryer. The shared grill was very clean and full of fuel. The pool and hot tub, which are managed by the HOA, were disappointing with the high chlorine smell. But that’s typical for shared pools and hot tubs. The parking was a breeze. There were luggage carts at the elevator which made it so much easier to move our belongings in and out. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful!
Our expectations were completed exceeded. Parking was a breeze, the condo was spotless and roomy. We are a family of 7 with 5 young kids. Each room was spacious and accommodating, large bathrooms. We cooked every night and the kitchen was neatly organized with everything we needed. Location was perfect, lots of nearby hikes, shopping and fun. 20 or so minutes from a lot of other nearby towns to explore. The pool was great for the kids to take a swim each night after hiking. Large cozy sectional with the beautiful fireplace and lots of fun family games provides. Views were stunning. Can not wait to go back!!! Highly recommend this spot!

what started little rocky with multiple email missing basic info like address and door access turned out to be great spring ski trip. Condo is amazing, i was surprised to have 3rd bathroom , i think set up amazing. Kitchen was really well equipped, many thanks for the starter package (some bags with coffee, some soap and lotion). Overall cleanliness was excellent.

Communication was great with the property management company. I received emails promptly with information about my unit and access codes. The property was neat and had all the cookware and utensils we needed. We only had four people and the space was more than enough. It was great to have a loft for those that needed to work from home and to give us all more space from one another. The unit is located a short walk from the Village. It was a little long to walk to the resort with all of our ski equipment so we drove and used the shuttle.

Destination wedding travel
We stayed here for our daughter’s destination wedding on Sapphire Point. The condo was lovely, the balcony view was gorgeous, and we had a great experience. Our only trouble was with the dishwasher that wouldn’t latch to run. I found out after communicating with Summit Mountains that the previous group had also submitted the issue, but nothing has been done about it. They ordered the part and had housekeeping come and take care of all of our dishes, so we were satisfied with the outcome. We would all happily stay at one of Summit Mountain resorts again!

Great location!
This place worked wonderfully for our group of 8 (including 3 generations). The upstairs worked perfectly for the 3 teens, and we all had a blast playing foosball up there as well! Would definitely recommend this place.
