Townhome w/Vaulted Ceilings, Private Hot Tub, Slope Views, Walk to Lifts

This updated three story 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, a private balcony on the main level with partial slope views and a deck on the lower level with hot tub. There's an updated kitchen, heated private garage, and private laundry. High-end linens throughout. The Mountain House Base Area lifts are just a short walk away. Take advantage of the amenities at Keystone Lodge & Spa that include a pool and fitness facilities by purchasing a daily or weekly pass.

Entering this split-level townhome via the front door you will find a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. There is also a mudroom just down the stairs to your left, or directly in front of you if entering via the garage. From here head upstairs to the main level. The living area features a gas fireplace with beautiful stone surround, ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and there are plenty of windows allowing for natural light to flow in and incredible views. Just off of the dining area is access to the private balcony that offers partial slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There’s a full bathroom on this main level next to the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Also on this level is the main level guest bedroom. It features a queen sized bed and a walk-in closet.

The master bedroom is upstairs on the loft level and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub, a separate toilet area for added privacy and double sinks.

Heading all the way back downstairs to the lower level, you will find the mudroom, second living area, garage access, access to the private deck, a full bathroom and the final guest bedroom. The living area offers an additional flat screen TV with plenty of seating as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This "Comfort Sleeper" from American Leather will far exceed your expectations of any ordinary sleeper sofa. With its "no springs and no bars" design, you will feel as if you are sleeping in a normal queen bed. Just off the second living area is the deck with a private hot tub. The lower level guest bedroom features two twin beds and a closet. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located on this level in the closet at the bottom of the stairs. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

The townhouse was perfect! The management responded quickly. We loved the place! The only problem was that the amenities in the description included a hot tub. There was a hot tub in the patio. It was locked. When we asked about the management said to speak with the resort. We could never get anyone to answer the phone and the Automated system didn’t understand what we needed. We were unable to use the hot tub. Everything else was great

Unfortunate company managing this property
The management company is the biggest problem we had with the rental. We rented the unit for a college buddies ski trip that we have done since 2006-07. Rental company reached out a week before we were scheduled to arrive (Easter evening after 9pm) to let us know the hot tub was out of order. Ok, easy solution- you have a week to fix it or you can just refund us our rental and we will find another place with a hot tub. Refund was not an option- they made it sound like they might try to fix the tub but judging by the sign on the hot tub and the fact that no one showed up the four days we were there I don’t think that was ever in their plans. They even suggested we could go ahead and cancel to find another place but that would follow the refund policy which would mean no refund. VRBO not much help either as they said not having the hot tub was not enough of a issuefor them to step in. We even offered to stay in one of their other rentals anywhere in summit county that had a hot tub but they said this was not an option. Only concession they offered was 10% off the booking. No offer to refund the hot tub fee until asked(still haven’t). The catch with the 10% is that you agree to no negative review. We refused the 10% so we can review and warn others of this company. unhelpful and are in it for the money alone. never stated how long the tub was down after asking multiple times. I’ve wasted hours of my life and am done. Beware Summit County Mountain Retreats.

Recently stayed with party of 6. Clean and exactly as described/shown in photos. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, cook and enjoy great views. Easy walk across parking lot to access slopes. Hot tub and garage are great features.

Great Family Sky Getaway
We rented this 3 bedroom condo at Keystone, CO. It was an easy walking distance to the Peru lift. The condo was spotless, had a great quantity of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The layout was good for our family - 1 bedroom & bathroom on each of the 3 floors. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay
The Mountain House is all that is listed and more! We enjoyed making meals in the beautiful open kitchen that had all the dishes/appliances we needed. We could see a gorgeous glimpse of the mountains out of every window! The condo is so close to hiking trails, Keystone Lake, and just a short walk to the River Run Gondola area. We loved how cool and quiet it was (a great time to escape the late August heatwave in Denver!) and that we could hear the Snake River nearby. We also enjoyed sitting out on the private deck and looking at the scenery, birds, and wildlife. We were lucky to see a mama and baby moose wander through the parking lot when it rained! The private hot tub was so nice after a long day of hiking. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room and privacy in the condo with 3 levels and 3 bathrooms. The private garage was also a bonus! Many people come to Keystone in the winter to ski, and we highly recommend it in the summer, too! It is such a beautiful place to stay with so much to do!

Beautiful property. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans, dishes etc. Walking distance to restaurants. Loved the hot tub. Be aware that this is a 3-story property. If you can't do stairs, this would not be the property for you. The TV is in a bit of an odd place making it hard to be watched by a group. We only had the two of us, so it worked just fine.

Great Vacation
The property was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room and beds for our group of 7. The private hot tub looks out over a snowy backyard leading to the snake river. The kids had that backyard to play in the snow while we watched from the house. You can see some of the runs from some windows. The walk to the mountain house lifts can be a short hike across the parking lots but if it’s too far in ski boots the green route shuttles pickup in the front and can drop you at the lifts. The app that comes with all the information makes it easy to find everything you need for food, checkin/checkout, contact information, etc. The property management was very responsive and very nice when I had questions. Great place to stay for a ski vacation.

Great place for family ski trip
I recently went on a ski trip and I have to say, the location of the resort was fantastic. It was close to the slopes and the views were breathtaking. The amenities at the resort were also very nice - the condo we stayed in was clean and well-maintained. However, I did have a few issues with communication with the team and there was a lack of laundry detergent, which made it a bit difficult to keep our clothes clean throughout the trip. Despite these issues, I still had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort due to its convenient location and nice amenities.

Amazing property. Walkable to Keystone Ski Resort and shuttle also comes out in front. Beautiful views. So cozy w/ a fireplace and a soaking tub. Comes with all bed/bath & kitchen essentials stocked. Great Townhouse in Keystone
Exceptionally clean! Well appointed! Great location. Great layout for parents and teens, with master bedroom and bath upstairs, bedroom with living room and bath down stairs, additional bedroom and bath on main floor. Everything was in good condition: hot tub was hot, garage kept the car snow free and warmer, beds were comfy, supplies (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent) were enough to last our 4 nights. Clean up was easier than many vrbo’s! Only had to take out trash. There were even 2 sleds on the back deck. There are 4 humidifiers-use them. There are portable heaters too. Communication was excellent with all the information emailed in an internet link and they checked on us via text. Good location and easy to get to. Just a minutes’ drive from River Run Village where the shops and restaurants are. The majority of the ski lifts are at River Run Village (Gondola). The Peru Express Lift is within sight of townhouse and almost as short a walk as from the parking lot. You can use it to get to other areas. If I had to find some negatives, shower water pressure was a little low and I never figured out how to adjust the thermostat in the upstairs bedroom. If you have a big SUV it might not fit through garage doors. Many, many positives!
