Small hotel with a nice view and bar outside
Pros:Friendly staff
Cons:The hotel staff need to check the rooms before checking in guests. It’s also not acceptable to charge customers three times for one payment.
Location:Location was fine, and the hotel bar has a great view across the city.
The hotel staff were friendly and the bar/restaurant was good. However, when I arrived, they put me in a room with no water. I was moved to a second room with the same problem. The third room had water but initially no hot water. The bathroom smelled of sewage and there was a giant cockroach next to the toilet. When asked, they did clean the room. Finally, when checking out, they charged my credit card three times.
