Wonderful Vacation!
The experience couldn’t have been better! The house is lovely and was just what our family was looking for in being a home away from home in paradise. The house was full of useful amenities - kitchen is fully stocked; the laundry is great; and there is everything you need for the beach!The location is very close to town but far enough away to feel completely relaxed.Our family would absolutely stay here again!

This place is described accurately and met all our expectations. We cooked several meals and the kitchen and grill were well suited and stocked for our needs. The living space was comfortable, and it was especially nice to open the sliding doors to experience the lanai. The outdoor pool/hot tub were welcome to have as well as the view of the ocean which allowed us to watch beautiful sunsets. To be fair, the proximity to the beach allowed us to quickly get there and watch sunsets on the beach! Communication and assistance from the owners was prompt and helpful. If we were to return, we'd definitely consider rebooking this place again!

Great house and location!
Every kitchen amenity is available. The pool and hot tub area are amazing. So much outdoor seating is available. The grill was super clean! The beds were comfortable. Needed some bedding for the pull out twin beds in living room. Some privacy curtains on huge windows for the living room would have been nice for those sleeping in there. A couple other things to improve which I messaged the owner about and he was always very responsive and kind!! A current instructional book with how to access WiFi, tv controls, A/C controls, shades, pool etc…

Great Home/Convenient Location
We truly enjoyed out stay at Troy and Dianna's property. The house is clean, comfortable, and close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants as well as an easy jump on the highway to upcountry and the airport. Troy was excellent at communicating with us.

Wonderful stay in Maui
Our stay was wonderful. Troy and Dianna were excellent hosts. The house was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked, and beach gear was available. The property is short driving distance to many beaches, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. When sitting by the pool, it feels like you are on your own island as there is beautiful landscaping creating privacy from the neighbors. We were comfortable with 8 guests as there are two twin pull out ottomans in the living room. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Vacation!
The location is perfect. Even the drive to the beach is short, easily accessed and was never that busy. We tried other beaches, but kept coming back to that one anyway! The pool is amazing and the views are gorgeous. The house was spacious and had absolutely everything we could have needed. Finally, Troy and Dianna are fantastic! I instantly felt like when I met them I had known them for years. There was a gas strike by some of the workers that led to some shortage issues and I can't say enough about how far they bent over backwards to make sure our trip wasn't impacted. I would highly recommend this stay. It's the quintessential slice Hawaiian paradise we were looking for. Our family will definitely be back!

Great location and amazing amenities.
My wife and I were excited to take our five kids back to Maui and experience the island again. After a few days at the Westin we wanted a slower pace and something away from a resort. We were more than happy with the house. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the location is great. This was our third time to Maui but our first time in South Maui. Our favorite beach and best snorkeling with three turtles was 4 minutes from the house. Despite how amazing the accommodations are, Troy and Dianna are still probably the best part of the rental. Very easy to get a hold of and a wealth of information about the island. Would definitely stay there again and really enjoy the memories our family was able to make there.

A perfect home & location for our family vacation
We stayed a full week at the property & loved it! I booked it for the outdoor space & was so happy it was actually what the pictures looked like. It was spacious & inviting. The beds were all comfy & the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I didn’t love was the AC was set on a 6 hour timer. I understand why, but the second master didn’t have an overhead fan, so it wasn’t as cool. But overall it was good enough. Troy was super nice & there were some thoughtful additions like beach chairs & a cooler we used. The location was also centrally located to many things. I hope to return .

A Wonderful Stay
We stayed at Troy and Dianna’s property for 10 days February 2023. We are a family of three couples plus an infant. The hosts were super friendly, thoughtful and helpful, responding quickly to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The home was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. Washer/dryer, plenty of towels, booster seat with tray for the baby, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, …. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and loved using the hot tub every night. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards for use on beach days which we really appreciated. The drive to the beach and shops was about 5 minutes. “Our” Maui home was in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. We could not have asked for anything more. We had a truly wonderful stay! Troy and Dianna, Thank you so much for everything!

I was skeptical of renting through any rental agency but renting this house through VRBO was the best decision I could have made for our party of 7. Troy and Diana were perfect hosts and the house was everything that was advertised.... warm and inviting, very clean, great location, unbelievable views- especially sunsets, well appointed- really could not think of anything else that they could have provided. This is the perfect place to stay in Maui.... after our many adventures, we would return to a beautiful, quiet, peaceful environment with a pool, fire-pit, and spacious patio to relax! We liked it so much that we are talking about returning in the near future.... plus we are going to recommend this property to everyone we know!! Thanks Troy and Diana:)

Perfect Location
Our family of 4 had a wonderful Maui vacation, with Troy and Dianna's property being an excellent base for our trip. The location of the house was perfect, with easy access to all that Maui has to offer. The house itself was very clean and the pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight. Also, Troy and Dianna were very responsive and caring. One thing I am going to mention, that I like to know about a property in advance, is that I would not categorize this property as upscale or luxurious at least compared to other properties we have rented. It is very nice, but aspects are a bit dated such as the carpeting and the living room furniture (while other aspects have been updated). Also, there is now a fence at the back of the property behind the pool.

Enchanting!
Our stay was a dream! The location is perfect, a 30 minute drive to practically anywhere on the island. The home is neat, modern, comfy, and unique. It was such a joy having the pool and the incredible view while still feeling private and secluded. Troy and Dianna were incredible! They were very communicative, helpful, and kind with great recommendations when we were setting out on the Road to Hana. We'll be back again for sure!

Look no further! Best house on Maui!
This is the most fantastic property we have stayed at! I am always apprehensive basing a home on photos and expecting it to be as nice as it looks in the photos. Normally it's never as nice....but this house...WOW. It was everything we hoped for and more!! How that is possible?! I am not even sure because I have a very high standards + expectations & this experience exceeded all of them! The owners were very responsive and welcoming. The house was clean clean clean and ready for us. The location is perfect & minutes to everything. The yard and pool was very private and well cared for. The primary bedroom...spacious, the most comfy bed & bedding w/backyard access. And let's talk about the ensuite. Relax in the giant deep tub or get extra clean with the 17 shower heads in the shower area. {But be warned...you will never be able to go back to a regular shower again...looks like we are doing a remodel now. My husband walked by & saw I was writing a review & said to "MAKE SURE to mention that badass shower!"} We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room to hang out and also spread out. There were pool and beach accessories (chairs, floaties, etc). This was especially nice. I will 100% be back to stay at this house! I have sent it to several of my friends looking to take a trip to Maui. I highly recommend this property!!!!

Gorgeous house with a great view
The house was well laid out and the décor was welcoming and relaxing. The backyard had areas for lounge by the pool and enjoying the view of the mountains and ocean. Troy was welcoming and friendly. We had a fabulous trip and would recommend this property to others.

This was a Christmas gift for my kids and grandkids. When part of the description of their vacation in Hawaii is describing how nice the hosts are and how great the house is, you know it was a perfect choice. Friendly from start to finish. And a bonus, they could whale watch from the patio. An added bonus that will remain in their memories forever.

Sometimes there just aren't enough stars
I don't leave many reviews for things, but this house was truly an oasis from life stress. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to the beach. But really, who needs the beach when you can just relax in the sun next to the pool. It was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! You cannot go wrong with this home. And the owners were so lovely and respectful. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
