Bienvenue à notre milepost 9 Condo à Kill Devil Hills! Cette résidence privée offre 2 chambres (1 Queen / 1 complet), cuisine complète, salon et 1. 5 salles de bains. Des chaises de plage, elles sont déjà là et seront accessibles sur demande! Situé entre la route de la plage et l'autoroute, l'emplacement est fantastique. Une courte promenade de l'accès à la plage en bois, et à quelques minutes de nombreux grands magasins et restaurants! N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour toute question concernant la réservation de votre escapade !!!

Great Stay in KDH

We came to the OBX for a few days with our 2 elementary school aged kids for a last hoorah of summer and found this condo close to the beach on a fairly last minute booking. The two primary things I look for in a rental are cleanliness reviews and location and I can say that this condo checked both. You can walk to the public beach access from here, although we drove and parked in the lot (never had a problem finding a spot) since we had a fair amount of gear. (Just a heads up, this public beach access has its fair share of stairs, so if you have a beach caddy w/wheels like we did, this access point won’t cut it; however, the condo provides beach chairs with the storage on the backs, so we ended up using those, which was nice.) The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, there were blackout blinds in one of the bedrooms, which was very much appreciated when traveling with young kids. In KDH, you’re close to so much, which makes this a great central spot to explore the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo.

A walk to the beach

Condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, dishes and glassware, pots and pans. Towels and linens in excellent condition. As with many properties in this area, unit was a stairway from ground level with garage under condo. Parking was very convenient. Small backyard has good shade from a tree with many birds. Small deck in back handy for drying beach towels and bathing suits. Low beach chairs available in unit, but you might bring a full-sized beach chair if you prefer that style. Good vacation location!

We found this listing on a whim and we were not disappointed at all!! I am very picky and rarely feel comfortable on vacation, as I am out of my element. But everything surpassed our expectations. We felt right at home. Our 5 year old also expressed how much she loved the condo. The walk to the beach was not bad at all but with 2 little win tow we just decided to drive. We will definitely be staying again.

Clean, close, and convenient

Arica was available by text prior to check in and made it simple for us! The condo is within walking distance of the beach and so many other places. Close to the main road but not noisy. Very clean and comfy. The beds are A+!!!! We had a great trip!

Fun family vacation.

This was my families first OBX experience and we had an amazing time! Great location for waking to restaurants or to the beach. So much to do in the area! The owner was wonderful to work with and would respond right away! Would definitely rent again!

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. It is about a block and a half from the beach- we drove each day and parked in the free parking lot at the base of the walk over. We could have walked but our son is only 3 so driving was a better option. We enjoyed that it is located behind the Five Guys (easy for lunch). Arica was great with communication and was extremely friendly! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo

We had a great experience at this Condo. Very cute and cozy and very clean! Five minutes away from the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. A washer and dryer would be wonderful but we knew ahead of time, so we packed enough clothes and that was not an issue at all. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect vacation rental!

Arika was an amazing hostess! She provided all the info for check in and check out and it was super easy and simple. She had everything extremely clean when we got there, location is great you have all the shops nearby yet it's not too crazy or loud. We will definitely stay here again!!

I was planning to be alone for Thanksgiving 2020, so I booked this property in the OBX and had a fantastic time. The owners are a breeze to work with, the property is centrally located, very clean, and has all amenities for making yourself at home.
