Set discretely within a 43 acre estate in Clenchwarton that is comprised of a myriad of spectacular habitats, Margaretta House is a unique combination of stately house, impressive grounds and modern amenities. Here, you can enjoy the use of the heated pool in the depths of the winter, before striding out to explore the stunning setting.

Upon arrival, the scale of the rooms, their windows and the surrounds are immediately impressive. With so much space, Margaretta House is an excellent venue for celebrations.

Moving into the bedrooms, six exceptional bedrooms have been prepared with fine white linens, each with their own styling, and all with wonderful full-length windows that provide views over the landscape. For those that require twin beds, two can be requested, just let us know when making the booking.

Outside, the unique nature of the property continues to impress, with a superb mix of formal lawns, tree-lined avenues, wildflower meadows, lakes and woodland. Each season will reveal hidden delights, with the ever-changing landscape continuously shifting from one season to the next. Margaretta House also boasts an indoor heated swimming pool and a dining terrace, making it the ultimate location for summer fun.

Additional Information:
Three well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). As there are sheep and wild deer on the estate, dogs must to be kept on leads when in proximity.
A mixture of synthetic and feather bedding is provided.
Please be aware, there are two lakes on the site. Children must be supervised at all times.
