Welcome to the enchanting Log House vacation rental, a peaceful escape located just outside Kingsville, Ontario, and minutes from Colasanti's Tropical Gardens. This charming estate is an ideal setting for various special occasions, including weddings, girls' getaways, couples retreats, harvest dinners, and more. We proudly offer event services upon request to ensure your celebrations are seamless and memorable.

Spacious Accommodations
The Log House comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms offer cozy queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom includes double/single bunk beds, perfect for accommodating families or groups. With three full bathrooms and a half-bathroom, every guest can enjoy both privacy and convenience.

Cozy Interior for Relaxation
The interior is warm and welcoming, with leather sofas and armchairs gathered around a Smart TV—a perfect space to unwind after exploring the local area. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials to prepare family meals, while the elegant dining table is perfect for gathering together. Additional amenities include air conditioning/heating and a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Outdoor Adventures & Entertainment
Step outside to enjoy the covered porch, furnished with comfortable seating, where you can relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The expansive lawn is ideal for games like football, soccer, and cornhole, along with a pool table in the basement, offering endless fun for family and friends. With 50 acres of wooded land and private trails, the property is a haven for nature lovers and birdwatchers, attracting a variety of local wildlife.

Fireside Evenings & Outdoor Enjoyment
Enhance your outdoor experience by gathering around the fire pit with the firewood provided, creating cherished memories under the stars. Please note that all indoor fireplaces are disabled for safety.

House Rules:
Rental Agreement: Guest must sign a rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed. A $350 offline security deposit will be required, and a link will be sent to you. 

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.

Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that you wipe your feet before entering the hot tub and the house.

Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.

Unannounced guests: Prices are based on double occupancy. We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm. Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

NOISE-GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors. 

Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load and start dishwasher before you leave. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink. 

Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create. 

Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.  

Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom. 

Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.

Tranquil, Spacious and Clean
We had a beautiful stay with 6 kids and 4 adults. The house was super clean, roomy and exactly if not better than described. We had a little hiccup at check in but easily addressed by Paul who was very communicative! We loved the front and back porch for coffee and the hot tub for relaxation. We will be back.

Beautiful views
This house is amazing. More beautiful in person. These photos dont do justice. The back yard view is magnificent. I wouldnt change a thing about the house, it's very cozy. The only problem with my stay was the bugs in the house. Many fruit flies as well as ALOT of big black ants. I drank a whole coffee to find out the dead ant at the bottom. Also the ants got into the cobards and into all the food even though everything was shut. unfortunately we had to toss a bunch of food. Besides that its a country house so the bugs just come with location. I still very much enjoyed my stay and i'd definitely return.

Wonderful property for family gathering
We were in Kingsville for a wedding and had a wonderful time at the house. The house had more than enough space for the ten of us and was a great place to attend the wedding and explore the area. The property manager also was great to work with. We would definitely book again if we are back in the area!

Great stay!
The property is beautiful and peaceful! You’re close to downtown Kingsville but still feel like it’s a remote location. The backyard is wonderful and was enjoyed by all of the attendees. We comfortable had 12 people stay in the home. The house was clean and beautiful. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I asked prior to and during my stay.

The Most Beautiful House !
We had the most amazing weekend stay at this log cabin on our wedding weekend. This house is spectacular! From outdoor with a beautiful backgrounds, to the every inch of side the house all in all it’s breathtaking! Hands down we will be back to this beautiful home. 100/100 recommend! It’s so clean and has that warm cabin feeling with a modern touch. The yard is gorgeous especially in the fall, the hot tub was so clean and well taken care of .

Beautiful Cabin!
The cabin was gorgeous, even better than the photos! It was secluded with a forest in the back, really large property. We had an amazing stay! Would highly recommend, it fit 12 people comfortably.

Great place for a family stay
We absolutely loved the place for our family getaway. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy, kids and teens were well entertained hustling eachother on the pool table in the basement. Firepit is fantatic to relax around and the kids enjoyed a good long hike on the back trails. Kingsville is a cute and quaint little town and fun to walk around a bit. However, we were most happy hanging around the house relaxing with movies and the outside areas. Property manager is excellent and very responsive !
