The character remains in this 1920's loft featuring the original hardwood floors and stairs, clawfoot tub, and 11 foot ceilings. The downstairs living room and kitchen is spacious enough for entertaining, while the upstairs remains a haven of rest for an afternoon nap.

There are 2 full bathrooms for your use. Guests will enjoy the huge bedroom with King bed and sofa. Smaller groups can be accommodated with an air mattress and down stairs futon.

*Due to the stairs, we have labeled this property as "not child-friendly"..

Guests will have access to the entire Loft.

We provide the utmost privacy to our guests, but are available by text or airbnb message if anything is needed. We are located nearby in the event of an emergency.

The Old City is the best place to experience Knoxville culture. It is home to incredible local small businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Oli Bea, Old City Java, Barley's Pizzeria, Pretentious Glass Company to name a few to try!

The place is very walkable, but Uber and Lyft are also available for a short drive to anywhere downtown. There is also a bicycles station available down the street in the Old City that allows pick up/drop off at various stations in Knoxville for $1.50 per 30 min.

Please note that the bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. We are also able to provide sleeping arrangements for larger groups upon request.

Halo Hospitality’s Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions apply. Upon booking, the renter will receive the Terms and Conditions and agree to review and sign. These terms will include, but are not limited to, the following:

GUEST VERIFICATION
Experienced guests with 5 or more positive reviews may request to be waived from this process, otherwise we do require all guests to complete an additional verification screen through our Guest Portal to ensure the safety and security of our community. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes:


1) Providing a copy of your government-issued photo ID.
2) Photo Verification
3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions

Guests who have questions about this process are encouraged to reach out prior to booking! The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. We thank you for your cooperation. Guests who fail to complete our verification process within 48 hours of booking may be subject to cancellation.

HOUSE RULES
1) Guest Count: Please include the correct number of guests in your booking. Visitors outside the reservation are permitted under most circumstances, but we do require guests to request permission prior to having visitors.
2) Check-in: Please notify us once you have accessed the property. Please inspect and report any unsatisfactory conditions within 2 hours of check-in. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 pm will be promptly addressed the next day.
3) Noise Policy: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and local community. We will contact you directly for any reported disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances with local authorities.
4) Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted within the property. Any violation, will result in a minimum $300 smoke remediation fee.
5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.
6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.
a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at the expense of $50/night, up to $250. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation.
7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee up to $500 per occurrence will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties.
8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels.
Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present.
9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

CANCELLATIONS
We adhere to the cancellation policy as outlined at the time of booking. Please note, exceptions due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not covered unless stated otherwise. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen events. Requests for cancellation outside of this policy will be directed to your travel insurance provider.

EARLY CHECK-IN'S & LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS
1) Early Check-ins: We are unable to guarantee an early check-in will be possible in advance due to cleaning scheduling. However, on the day of your check-in we will notify you as soon as the property is available & there is no fee for an early check-in. Early check-in requests will be submitted to our team, but please do not expect a response until the day of check-in.

2) Late Checkouts: Are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the property and cleaning schedule. Requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance of your check-out, and are subject to approval of our cleaning team, which may not be able to respond until the morning of your scheduled departure. We do have a late checkout fee of $25/hr. This fee is paid through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

POLICY VIOLATIONS
1) Late check-out without prior approval will be charged at $50 per hour. We may remove occupants and their belongings from the property if unresponsive, or uncooperative.
2) Excessive Cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of excessive cleaning required. This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc.
3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of any Damages or Missing Items.

REPORTING ISSUES
Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in to allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 PM will be addressed the following day. We may not be able to resolve, or provide a resolution, to issues that are not reported in a timely manner, lack sufficient documentation, or do not provide us with enough time to respond effectively during your stay. We are here to help!

LOST & FOUND
Please ensure you have all your belongings before departure. Items left may be held up to one week at our local office for pickup, or can be shipped back at a minimum fee of $50. We are not responsible for locating left items.

Unsafe and quite rundown
Our biggest concern when we arrived at the property was the lack of an exterior metal security door. The other adjacent doors had security doors installed. Brackets for the door were present as if the door was removed. The exterior door was a wooden with quite a bit of damage as if someone had been attempting entry. The place itself is located in an area with quite a bit of homeless people. The interior of the property was very run down. Window screen had a large tear. Shower curtain down stairs had what appeared to be mold. Floors were scratched and upstairs covered with white splatter. Multiple parts of property had wall damage. Overall smelled very musty. I spoke with the property manager very soon after we arrived and explained we were not comfortable with the missing door and felt that the property was in much worse condition than depicted. We elected to not spend the night at the property. We were told no alternative property was available. To date they have not provided a refund or explained the lack of security door and generally poor condition. I have over 20 photos I want to attach but doesn’t appear that I can.

Location ok close to downtown but facing the highway very noisy with trains, cars all the time. Very dissapointed on the place very run down needs a total makeover so definitely not exquisite at all.

My daughter and I stayed for an evening and enjoyed this cute apartment. It was very roomy and the bed was comfortable. It is a convenient location to anything Knoxville and we enjoyed watching the dogs play at the park across the street. Halo was great at communicating.

This property is decorated in a very chic and modern style. Loads of space and fast internet. The bed is super-comfortable and the place is spotlessly clean. Located a 10-minute walk from all the action in downtown Knoxville. However, be prepared for a strong musty odor that pervades the entire condo. Also there is considerable noise from the main thoroughfare just steps from the front door, loud neighbors (the brick walls allow in every little sound), early morning romps from the dog park across the street, and the occasional train passing nearby.

Fantastic place to stay with character
The loft was a very comfortable place to stay & within walking distance to the local restaurants & breweries. The parking garage is within 2 blocks & you can pay for street parking in front of the property, just make sure you pay the meter & don't let it run lut or you WILL get a ticket. We would stay at this property again if we come back to Knoxville.
