Dear Sir/Madame Thank-you for your review from your recent visit to our establishment, we sincerely apologise for the disturbance during the night you had to endure and for the lack of assurances from our members of staff on duty. We have had the noise issue investigated and it turned out to be one of our boiler pumps generating the issue which has been rectified to ensure that no future guests will have to endure as you did, and all members of staff have been spoken too regarding information being passed over and for the way each issue should be dealt with. Again we can only apologise for what seems to be a disappointing stay, however if you do reconsider ourselves for future reservations and have any special requests then please do not hesitate to mention them and we will do all we can to accommodate each request.
