The Space

Villa 'Luna' – An exclusive and beautifully styled villa, offering total privacy and security.

Villa ‘Luna' is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Choeng Mon Plai Laem, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to three beaches, the closest being only a 12 minute walk. The airport is a 10 minute drive from the house. Villa ‘Luna' is situated between Fisherman's Village where you can enjoy fine dining on the beachfront with stunning sea views and sunsets and Chaweng, which offers those seeking the night life the chance to party until the early hours of the morning.

Villa ‘Luna’ has been beautifully designed. The interior is contemporary in style and offers a large lounge with comfortable seating, mood lighting and eye catching wall arts.

There are two large and stylish bedrooms and one smaller bedroom which can still comfortably accommodate two people. All bedrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 65 inch TV with IPTV solutions and a sitting area. The master bathroom has a bath tub and wall mounted shower. The villa also has 2 comfortable dressing tables/working tables in the 2 bigger bedrooms, perfect for remote workers.

Everything has been designed to make your stay effortless.

In the living room is a large wall mounted 75 inch TV features IPTV solutions which offer TV Channels in different languages. In addition a full range of the latest Movies and Documentaries are available using on demand service for free and updated daily.

Villa ‘Luna’ offers a fast and reliable wireless 3BB internet connection indoor and outdoor via a local residential telecom provider.

The kitchen has a big American style fridge freezer with ice maker and cold drinking water dispenser. The fully equipped kitchen to western standards offers cooker and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, so that you can enjoy cooking as if you were at home. Or you can simply invite a Thai Chef who will prepare delicious Thai dinners for you.

Villa ‘Luna’ is air-conditioned throughout with extra ceiling fans in each room.

As much thought has been given to the outdoor areas. Beautifully landscaped; there is a large dining and seating area with ceiling fans to cool you down on hot days.

There are 3 sun loungers available for those wanting to relax and sunbathe, plus a big hanging chair to chill out.
The garden is totally safe and enclosed, offering TOTAL privacy and security.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and HOUSE RULES:


- We don't charge any general taxes
- Garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental fee
- Housekeeping is included into the rental fee.
- Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer) included in the rental price.
- Guests can request Thai cooking, Thai Massages, Baby sitter services and daily cleaning. If you require any of these additional services, we’ll organize it for you. You will need to pay these directly to the service provider.
- All linen and towels and pool towels are provided.
- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 8 Thai baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.
- No SMOKING INDOOR, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF FOUND SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA! -- we take this very seriously!!
- No loud music or partying after 10 pm (indoor and outdoor). Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.
- As usual, we are charging a refundable ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages.
The deposit is 15,000 THB (or 400 USD/ 400 EUR), payable at arrival in cash to the Villa Manager.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Koh Samui is Thailand’s third largest island and is known for it's laid back easy going atmosphere. A paradise where you can have both: a slow pace of life or party to your hearts content. The choice is yours.

Choeng Mon/Plai Laem is arguably the best location on Koh Samui. The town of Choeng Mon is home to many restaurants, bars and shops and is only a short 2 minute drive away. Samui Sanctuary Residence is a very peaceful, quiet and safe place with 14 villas only, no big roads around.

Bangrak and Big Buddha are only a 5 minute drive from the villa and feature plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also located here for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Seven11 and Family Mart are located approximately 1km from the villa offering items to serve most daily needs.
