Horrible!!!
I booked this apartment for the beginning of July for 2 weeks. On entry date, the host informed us the extensible sofa was broken by the previous tenants and made the best efforts to replace it asap. Since then, no news nor calls from the host on how we managed to sleep, etc. The relation with the host was difficult. When I complained, the host showed no sign of regret for the inconvenience created. The sofa has not been replaced nor repaired during our stay of 2 weeks. The host did not even agree to give a compensation for this inconvenience. Furthermore, when I booked the apartment, the announcement mentioned that the apartment was newly renovated. However, I was surprised to see that this was not the case: it had dirty and damaged walls with holes and deteriorated furniture. Following our disagreement, the host took out the "newly renovated" part from the announcement. I also believe that the capacity of the boiler is not sufficient for 4 persons, especially when everybody wants to have a shower after a day at the beach. It happens to us that the last one to have a shower had no warm water. By the way, even the grass is not so green as you see in the photos as there is no grass, but just a synthetic grass carpet. I have made photos with the real situation of the apartment, but I see no possibility to upload them here. On the good site, the pool was fine and there was a person coming regularly to do its cleaning. The host’s attitude on top of the above problems ruined the quality time and the sleep quality during our holidays. I do not recommend this apartment nor the host.
