The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool and golf course. There are two seating areas - the first with a large comfortable sectional and flatscreen TV. The second with seating, a gas fireplace and wet bar. The wet bar has a prep area, sink, mini fridge and glassware. The fully equipped kitchen has slab granite countertops, gas range, and a spacious island with seating for 3. The formal dining area has seating for 8 and the kitchen table has seating for 4.

The spacious Master Suite is located in a private corridor of the home with a private entrance to the yard - and has beautiful pool and golf course views. Other Master Suite amenities include a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan and seating area. The Master bathroom has dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub and large shower with dual showerheads and bench seating. Two walk in closets.
