INSIDE THE HOME
The well-appointed kitchen features tile counter tops and a convenient kitchen bar, perfect for entertaining or preparing your favorite meals. Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Indulge in a delightful selection of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits while enjoying indoor entertainment or cozying up by the inviting fire pit.

Other Things to Note:
You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival, thereafter we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.

Free High-speed Wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and living room.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate, and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.

Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage.  Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us.   If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

The gas grill uses natural gas while the fire pits use propane tanks for your enjoyment.  Please make sure you turn both off when not in use.

A little charmer!
Was there for a college golf tournament with 5 adults. 3 nights was perfect for us. Ate in 2 nights, used the grille and a margarita/taco night. Ate at Arnold Palmer’s the other night. The neighborhood was awesome and real close (walkable to the PGA Norman course). Right on the Nicklaus course. Place was clean and had a nice little kitchen. Did Joshua Tree NP the first day. Eddy was very easy to deal with! Better than staying at some hotel that’s for sure!

Challenge checking in at Stadium entryway line of about 7 people trying to get through. Guard station seemed overwhelmed with long back up. Once inside all was well.

My wife and I were shocked to see the size of the property! It was just the 3 of us with our infant daughter, and we had 3 extra beds not including the pullout couch. Great Experience
We picked the location because of the relaxing views from the patio. It did not disappoint. The rental was clean with updated furniture and decor, had nice thick bath towels and was very quiet. Everything worked well, the check-in process was seamless and communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our guys golf trip. The condo is spacious and clean, communication with the property managers is easy and fast. Make sure you give all your guest names to the property manager as the gate hairds for the community are very strict. Only downside is you have to park on the street. Would definitely stay here again

Initially we had booked at a hotel but when friends were able to join us I found this jewel on a golf course in la Quinta. It was great to have a place that we could all be together and the property was so well appointed that we lacked nothing.
