The living area hosts a smart-enabled flatscreen TV along with a fireplace featuring a custom framed mantle that's perfect for both entertaining and romantic nights at home. Prepare any homemade meal in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, featuring granite countertops, full-size appliances, and cookware, to enjoy indoors at the dining table. You can also grill and watch the beautiful La Quinta sunsets on one of your two private balconies.

When it’s time to retire, this villa offers supreme sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom hosts a king bed, a smart-enabled HDTV, and French doors opening to the owner's deck. The guest suite also offers a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower, a queen bed, and a wet bar with its own coffee maker, microwave, and mini refrigerator. This suite features a fireplace and a private exit to the guest patio as well.

Legacy Villas is a luxurious development located just north of the historic La Quinta Resort & Club. It features Spanish hacienda architecture with smooth white stucco walls featuring blue trim and barrel-rolled tile roofs. Legacy is nestled within a dramatic cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Amenities include 24-hour guarded gates, 12 saltwater pools, 11 spas, and lush landscaping featuring 19 fountains. The community also includes a spectacular, 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with resort-style poolside cabanas, a beach-entrance kids' pool paired with a splash play area, meeting rooms, free WiFi, a date palm hammock garden, barbecues, the Legacy Grille (open only to homeowners and guests), an owners' lounge with flatscreen TVs, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

Old Town La Quinta is less than two miles away, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and exciting nightlife. You'll enjoy easy access for equestrians at both the Empire and Eldorado Polo Clubs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
