The holiday house is located in the centre of Rabac, the pearl of Istria's east coast, and offers a panoramic view of the bay and Kvarner islands. The house is ideal for a quiet holiday, yet within walking distance of the town centre and beaches.
The ground floor leads to the large, partially covered terrace, furnished with a table and two benches for eight people. The barbecue (wood or charcoal) is located next to it. There are also four chairs and two parasols. From the terrace you can see the entire surrounding area, the Kvarner bay and islands, and the old town of Labin. Stairs lead to the private pool with a lounge area.
The living area of the house extends over the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a utility room/laundry room with a washing machine, iron and hoover. The kitchen offers all comforts, such as gas and electric cooker and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with filter, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a large dining table for eight persons. Directly adjacent is the living room with sofa bed, radio and satellite TV. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm). One of the rooms has a balcony. Two more bathrooms with showers are also located on this floor. The house is air-conditioned. Air conditioning is present on each floor in the corridor and cools all the rooms. Internet connection (WLAN) is available free of charge.
Nearby, 1000 metres away, there are tennis courts and a paintball field, as well as walking and cycling paths. The harbour is about a two-minute walk away and the beach can be reached in ten minutes. A restaurant is about 100 metres away and a grocery shop is 200 metres away. The surrounding area offers many leisure activities. For example, there are many hiking trails and the possibility of water sports. Inside the house you will find maps, brochures and leaflets with advice on how to spend your holiday. Your hosts will also be happy to answer your questions and advise you on what you can do or visit.
The property is fenced off. There are two private parking spaces. The house is connected to the main road by a staircase. A high chair and a cot are available on request and for a fee.
