Newly built private villa nestled in the peaceful community of Morne Le Blanc, Sky Luxury Villa has quite alot to enjoy. This property sleeps up to 4 and offers amenities such as a top deck pool. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and the well known fishing village of Laborie, right off of the top deck. Only 15 minutes away from the international airport and 40 minutes away from the island's major attractions, such as the drive in volcano, mud baths, waterfalls and snorkeling shores.
Let us take away the hassle of vacation planning. Concierge services are available to you on request at no cost and your concierge will assist in booking excursions, private dining, on site spa treatments and any other requests you may have. Enjoy discounted vehicle rental rates with your booking.

Beau séjour!
Se fût un excellent séjour. La propriété est conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. Elle est nichée sur une montagne, éloignée de la route principale donc une voiture est indispensable. Le voisinage est calme et la vue est magnifique. La piscine est un beau plus! Mme. Julie la gestionnaire de la location est très agréable, la communication fût facile, bons conseils et disponible. Des petites attentions nous ont été offert. Endroit à recommander.

We highly recommend The Luxury Sky Villa!!! A gem in Laborie! We were greeted by Julie who immediately became a friend. Julie gave us recommendations for food and fun! We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Julie, the assistant, was a standout—thoughtful, attentive, and always available without being overbearing. The house itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight—immaculately maintained with breathtaking views. We were impressed by all the thoughtful extras, like Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen and a high-quality speaker on the rooftop, which really enhanced the experience.The location was perfect—private enough to feel safe and secluded, but close enough to all the attractions and amenities you’d want. It struck the perfect balance. The house was spacious, comfortable, and provided great value overall. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend!

I haven't been able to stay yet. Flights were canceled from weather. Couldn't change anything in VRBO. Bertrand & Julie agreed to allow us to stay on other available days at the end of the month. Great communication!! They seem like wonderful hosts and we can't wait to see the island. They're helping right now with last min. accomodations to catch the ferry to the hotel where we're spending our first week, until they're available here. Our trip has been canceled twice so far. Praying it starts at 5am on the 22nd!

This villa was perfect for our family and came equipped with everything we needed for stay. Julie was available to answer any questions I had throughout our stay. She even put together and decorated a Christmas tree for our stay since we were coming with our two small children for the holiday. So thoughtful!

The Sky Villa surpased our expectations - our reluctance to rent at $200/night could not have been more wrong! After receiving a local recommendation we booked our vacation. Upon our arrival and the warm greeting Julie offered we knew did not make a mistake! Her recommendations of beaches or local cuisine is valuable and essential to your stay!! The villa was extremely clean and well stocked with staples. We stopped at the local market and liquor to accommodate our personal needs. In conclusion, this villa is underpriced for the service you receive and the sheer beauty of this property! BOOK IT - you will not be disappointed! 8)

Loved staying here! The rooftop pool and giant speaker were awesome. The whole house was beautiful and so modern. We felt comfortable and safe. Such a plesant and fun stay. Local food spots, beaches, grocery stores, airport all 15 minutes away or less. You have to drive though. They offer a rental car if you need one on the property, which is super convenient. The streets are very steep. Would definitely recommend that you stay here.

Very clean villa and has everything you need. Stayed here for a week and have nothing to complain about the villa. The host is very accommodating and responded immediately to any issues we had (very minor issues). The host graciously brought us fresh fish and charcoal to cook on the BBQ that is available here. Enjoyed the views from the rooftop along with the pool. Also enjoyed the resident bird tapping on our window daily!!! This villa may be away from major attractions but all within an hour drive (or less). You have the best of both worlds. It is quiet at night when relaxing and enjoying the rooftop or patio. Thank you Bertrand and Julie for your hospitality and enriching our St. Lucia experience ❤️

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was in a very quiet and serene location. The rooftop pool and deck area were fantastic and a highlight. The property was still close enough to visit several areas relatively easily if you rented a vehicle. Also, our concierge Julie was absolutely fantastic and was always on hand to assist us or provide us with suggestions.

My husband and I stayed at the Sky Luxury Villa, and from start to finish we had an amazing time and enjoyed everything on the property, the Villa was absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful, and with breath taking views! (We also loved loved the private pool, it was just the best) We also couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Bertrand and Julie (the house manager/concierge.) They we’re so accommodating and helpful, really great customer service overall! Thank you so much again, would be so happy to stay at Sky Luxury Villa again in the future. 😊👍

Great secluded VRBO
This VRBO was exactly what we were looking for. We decided to spend the first few days of our honeymoon on the south side of the island in one of the smaller villages. The drive up to the property without a doubt requires a 4WD car. The biggest downfall of this property was the new house being built nextdoor that will inevitably block a portion of the ocean view. If you are looking to spend all day at the property, you will be bothered by the loudness of the construction. Other than that, Our host was amazing and helped up navigate locally, which was greatly appreciated. She even changes US dollars for us when we were having trouble.

The place is beautiful, check in easy, roof top pool a plus, will definitely return. Place is in a developing area, so nothing around but the town and beach is only 2 minutes drive away and great hang out spots in town. Love it.

Our stay with Bertrand was amazing from check-in to check-out. The location is close to many activities and sites while still being private and quiet. The property was clean and just as pictured. The house had amazing views. We were close enough to participate in zip lining, Sulphur Springs, Project Chocolate at Hotel Chocolate. We even went to Anse Chastenet beach near Jade Mountain. We beach hopped in one day from Laborie Beach, Choiseul beach and Soufriere beach.
