Havasu Lake View
We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu for the month of November 2024. The house was a single level. The master bed and bath were quite large with a king bed. There was a dresser and end tables but no closet space. This bedroom has direct access to the large patio area and has a view of the lake and mountains. The master bath has a shower only. There are two other bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom with a combo tub/shower. The house was fairly well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. The living room area has a couple of couches. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area in the kitchen dining area with a view of the water and mountains. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The patio was very spacious and had a view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We spent many evenings enjoying the sunsets. We also made use of the hot tub which also had a great view. We did not make use of the pool. The garage was not available for our use but there was plenty of parking in front of the house. The washer and dryer are off the hallway to the master bedroom. The décor was fun and interesting throughout the house. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We were impressed with the very patriotic atmosphere of the city.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as expected, communication was good. Some slight cleanliness opportunities and the ptac unit for the main dining space was on the fritz. Nothing we couldnt manage. Great views! Pool was awesome.

This was the funniest place we’ve ever stayed. The whole property, which was very eclectic with lots of nostalgia was very Fun. Wonderful pool area up on the hill with a great view of the lake and very cozy. Would try to stay here the next time we come.

We woke every morning early to watch the sunrise and have some coffee and even hopped in the hot tub. Plenty of grills and smokers, we ate bbq all 3 nights. House was cozy and roomy!

Easy access to the lake
Property is spacious, with three big bedrooms. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, we had a bed spread that had stuff on it, and there were items left under furniture, just showing they did quick surface cleaning. The pool isn't heated, which in the summer I'm sure isn't needed, but it was too cold, even for those of us used to Colorado lakes. You get 2 towels for the bathrooms, but we used the ones for the pool. The thermostat was set for 80 during the day and 78 at night, which I understand when it's 115 outside it keeps the units from freezing over, but it was crazy hot in the house the first couple of days. We went around and pulled all the shades down and turned on all the fans. Thankfully we had a storm that we were able to open up the doors and cool everything off. If you have kids that need to burn off energy, there's lots to do here, a big kitchen to make great meals, and an ice machine to make all your drinks and fill your cooler. Hosts were easy to reach with the messaging on the app.

Perfect for our family vacation
The house was great and view and location was amazing. The kids spent so much time in the pool, and that sunset picture in the listing is not photoshopped. The view and sunsets were amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would certainly stay again.

The house was great. The views were amazing of the lake. We enjoyed morning coffee with a view and amazing sunsets. The decor was very eclectic and fun. It was very close to the marina and London bridge. The pool was awesome to come back to after a day at the lake. A great feature was the ice maker in the laundry room. We were able to fill up our large cooler daily for the lake which saved us from buying ice daily. We would definitely come back.

The property was amazing!! Everything you could imagine!! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub even the little quirky treasures you come across. Stated they had a hair dryer but was not one so I bought a new one and left it hopefully the next person can enjoy. Will definitely book here again. The views were fantastic 💜💜

Hilltop at Havasu
Overall we had a great stay at this beautiful house. The house was just the right size for the 6 of us, even though the description said that there was a king bed and three queens (one being the sofa) but there was no sofa sleeper. The view is amazing from the deck and we loved sitting outside and enjoying the sun. The pool was a bit cool for us to use too much but loved relaxing by it. Hot tub was a nice feature but could have used a balance of chemicals. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking together and using the BBQ outside. Communication with host was limited and it would have been nice to hear back on questions more frequently.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. The heat was not working well, and it was very cold. The one other thing I’d like to mention is that there are no wine glasses! Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect for family holiday! Space for dog, motorhome, and fun!
This space was perfect for our all-adult family! We appreciated how down-to-earth the owners were, the decor and amenities of the home, the privacy in the neighborhood, and the property location. Positives: -The large living spaces. -Master bedroom on the opposite side of the house. -Hot tub, sun room, and all the sitting spaces outside. -The driveway is big enough at least for a 38ft motorhome. -Dog friendly. -Full kitchen with all amenities that we used daily! -Just a few miles from the grocery store, Walgreens, gas stations, The London Bridge, restaurants, and more! -We didn't use the pool in the winter time but it was a pretty space. We would definitely return in the future if the owners would have us. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Beautiful property, evening views to die for.
Very spacious home, well designed for a large group. Plenty of seating, and separation of space. The deck is perfect for morning coffee, and evening sunset watching. The artwork around the house, especially the pool area is a conversation starter. Would definitely book again for a Lake Havasu stay.

Beautiful home, inside n out with a fantastic view…
This property is a dream! The home sits on a hill, with a beautiful view of the lake, and wonderful sunsets! The homes location is a hop away from great restaurants, virtually all your needs are a 5 minute drive. One last thing, once you’re there, it’s hard to leave. The pool and jacuzzi screams your name!
