Great place walking distance to London Bridge
My husband and I and another couple stayed at this VRBO for 5 days. It’s a 3bedtoom/2bath home close to London Bridge atttractions, restaurants, grocery stores, dollar stores, and highway, making it verv easy to get around. The house was clean, with new appliances, had a swimming pool, driveway to park vehicles,,Checkin was easy and host responded quickly to any questions. The house is located on a busy street so there’s some traffic noise. Nice house!!

We enjoyed the location. Wished we could have had the pool heated. We would have liked cleaning supplies to clean the floor. We ended up buying dish soap and more toilet paper. The house was comfortable, and within walking distance from everything we wanted.

The property was nice, comfortable and clean and had everything a person needs to feel right at home. Great locale and close to the London bridge. I would stay there again if I ever came back to Lake Havasu.

Not very pet friendly at all bad choice
This property was supposed to be pet friendly. They had rat poison behind the pool equipment, my daughters dog ended up eating some of We saw the rat poisoning in the garage when we were leaving we wasn’t sure what it was that she ate now we know seven days later she was in the hospital going to die. It took $8500 vet bill to keep her alive not pet friendly at all very upset

Easy to get to,
Easy to find house, close to a lot places, Uber made it easy and cheap, being we were close. Only negative was it was located on a very busy street, cars and vehicles all night long, TV worked one night out of the the we stayed, rest or the use of house was nice for the four of us

Lake Havasu Balloon Festival
The property was clean but the electric plug in the master bedroom was not working because the breaker was tripped. Also none of us could figure out how to use the TVs which was a blessing except for watching the football games. There was also exposed wiring for fans in all bedrooms and we found an earbud in the windowsill.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, I was able to have my dog, secure fenced in yard and pool made it convenient and nice just to relax without even having to leave. I would rent this house again without hesitation.

Home is very clean and accommodating, has a fully equipped kitchen, lovely dining and family area. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable!!! Lovely pool area for a swim after a long hot day on the water. SUPER RATES!! Host is quick to respond with any all communication from arrival to departure. Overall a Great Home!!! Perfect
We came here to celebrate our daughter graduating college. The house was perfectly located. We were going to bring our dog but changed our mind at the last minute, which was why we picked this particular house. It ended up being perfect regardless of not bringing our dog. The house is close to everything and a heated pool was a bonus for winding down after a day at the lake. The house had everything we needed and the beds are super comfy. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

Great Location
The location of this spot was perfect for heading to the lake and doing all the things in Havasu. The pool was great, it was between 70-85 degrees while we were there and the pool temp was great, the kids enjoyed it a lot. There were a few just kind of annoying things that prevented me from giving 5 stars.. the bedroom door doesn’t lock in the master, this is needed for family vacays when adults need alone time. ;) There were several lamps that had burned out light bulbs (lamps are only source of light) and the switch on the lamp in the master was broken; you had to move the night stand and unplug and plug into the wall to get it work which was also just kind of inconvenient. I also couldn’t get the plugs in either bathroom to work and had to do my hair in the corner of the bedroom. Overall this place was great, I am sure the owner will get these things fixed and the next person staying will have a 5 star experience. Thanks Robert!
