Exceptional 1BR/1Bath Cabin w/jacuzzi tub, Roku TV, Gas Grill

A'CORNY CABIN gets its name from the many Acorn Trees that surround the property, and the massive number of Acorns that fall to the ground, around the property. This newly renovated, 1BR/1Bath cabin, is perfect for a cozy, romantic, weekend getaway, or... for a longer stay, for a family of four (4). Tucked away, slightly in the woods, yet close to everything our area has to offer... this property is beautifully decorated, and even includes many pieces of the homeowner's very own artwork!

The living room/kitchen/dining area features a Queen size sleeper-sofa, a 55” OLED 4K HDR TV with a Dolby Atmos soundbar with a PS3 game console w/Roku Ultra, a sweet, drop-leaf table & chairs, a mini-fridge w/freezer, and... sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the wrap-around deck outside.

The bedroom is furnished with a beautiful King bed w/SleepNumber mattress & matching dresser, a deep, inset jacuzzi tub, and an oversized closet with with barn doors & a large capacity washer & dryer. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, and has lots of unique, added touches, such as toilet with a bidet, and soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers inside the walk-in shower.

The wrap around deck is home to a nice (red) gas grill, and a wrought iron table & chairs & (red) umbrella, where you can enjoy a full morning breakfast & coffee, or... a lovely evening meal & wine! After dark... the deck comes alive with beautiful solar lighting.

An added bonus is that "A'CORNY CABIN" sits adjacent to another, almost identical "MAGNOLIA RIDGE CABIN" - these two properties are great for couples or small families that might want to stay near one another, but not necessarily together.

*SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL OF OUR VACATION HOMES

**Homeowners will consider one (1) small dog, under 20 lbs., but it must be approved by the property manager. (**Obviously registered service animals are an exception, but proof of certification will be required!)

Quiet Getaway
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cabin. It was close enough to town and different activities in the area. The view was amazing from the back deck. I don’t think it would be comfortable with more than 2 and maybe 2 small kids.

Beware of Bears and irresponsible property management
The location was perfect. The cabin was beautiful and well maintained. The trash bin outside of the cabin was located right beside where tenants park. On the first night, a bear tore into the trash and dented and scratched my car. The property management company, exclusivemountainproperties neglected to remove the trash from the previous Tenants then blamed it on illegal dumping. I almost bought it except I found a review on Facebook and online that the something similar happened to the tenant a week before me. The trash bin is unsecured and needs to be at the end of the driveway. The manager/ owner Melissa was rude and argued with me, never apologized. In a customer service industry, this was a horrible experience. Please get you trash cans secured and emptied before someone gets hurt. I was refunded 1 nights stay but fixing my car will be far more expensive.

Wonderful cabin
The cabin is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the bedroom. The cabin is very close to Hwy 64 which makes getting around easy but in exchange there is quite a bit of traffic noise. The traffic noise is the only thing that made me give the “location and neighborhood” 3 start. Also, the steps really need a handrail. The walkway from the steps to the front door are perfectly adequate but the steps are a little steep. A little bit of something to hang onto would be helpful.

Overall, nice cabin. Back deck had a few boards that felt spongy when stepped on. Fridge/freezer stank, couldn't put any food in them. Tub had a white substance in it, ran water but didn't get in, water was milky with what looked like calcium from the jets. I really wanted to use it, was main reason I picked this cabin. Bed was amazing.

My wife and I absolutely loved this property. The cabin was so comfortable and we felt so relaxed and at home. Large, comfortable sleep number bed. Very clean. Loved the large jetted tub. We most certainly will book this property again. Cannot recommend it enough!

I asked my precious girlfriend to be my wife and she said yes!! I am blessed Thank you. Property Very well maintained (staff is excellent) and set up fully. We will be back very soon. the decoration and design of the cabin has nothing to be desired except a designated fire pit hint hint .. def not a deal breaker. We both love the cabin even down to the light switch covers.. outdoor lights are a great vibe. Gorgeous property..Loved the price too. Thanks again. Will refer you to anyone.

A nice place
The property is conveniently located and private. We enjoyed the secluded back deck. It had everything we needed. The only reason we would not return is b/c my husband had a really hard time with the steps from the driveway to the house path, as there is no railing.

Nice stay in the mountains
We stayed here 5 days and had a good time. Very quiet. Check-in and out was easy. Fridge was small (think dorm room) so grocery storage was a challenge but we made it work. A Keurig would have been nice; the old school coffee maker was made of plastic and didn't fit together/work well. Otherwise the kitchen was great-able to fix our own meals when we wanted, with ease. Roomy shower. Sleep Number bed. Separate HVAC for bedroom and living room. Awesome 3D Smart TV! Location is near the lake but no lake view. Back deck overlooks woods (nice) and beyond that, some homes on the road below.
