the three most important things about real estate are location, location, location.

This is a nice apartment over the garage. One long flight up. Looks just like the advertisement, almost as if it went through an HGTV decoration makeover five years ago. It was a very good value. It sits on the corner lot of a numbered county highway and a residential street, with the bedroom windows overlooking the county road that sees noticeable traffic by 5am = Never got to sleep in to our 5:30 alarm except on Sunday. And everyplace we wanted to go was a left turn which was a bit of a challenge. We were disappointed on arrival (March) to find a dry hot tub. I recommend that the host send the "how to" link a week before arrival for future visitors, as there is no physical instruction book in the space - We got a VRBO message moments before arrival. It included the door code (which was readable in the VRBO message notification) and a link to an online instruction set (which I couldn't even tell was there until I returned home and signed into VRBO on my computer). Probably not an issue for those with a modern phone and the app. It was never really clear what the parking situation was. sometimes we would block the garage, sometimes there would be other cars there (we never saw the same vehicle twice) but we were able to find a street space within 100 yards. We would do it again if the price still made sense.

This apartment was really cute and clean. We had to tighten the screws on one of the twin bed frames because it was so squeaky my daughter couldn’t sleep. Everything else about the apartment was great and the location was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be staying here again because the people in the attached home had super loud parties late into the night on 3 of the 5 nights we were there.

The property is near a busy road, so there is some noise. There was a nice welcome basket of snacks for us. While we were traveling to Lancaster, we were sent a message by the owner that the washer and dryer did not work. We subsequently found out that there had been a fire in the dryer the previous night and the place did smell like smoke. We had to ask for compensation for this inconvenience. The owners did give us a free night, but we decided to shorten our stay by one day, so we really did not get any compensation for this. The owners did offer to wash our clothes, which was appreciated, but we declined.

Wonderful apartment

We had a girls shopping trip to Lancaster, along with a tour of the Amish country. The apartment was perfect for three women. Very clean and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the pool , too!! Only thing missing was a cork screw !!

The property was a great getaway for my family and I. My son loved the pool and didn't want to get out. The host showed great hospitality to my husband and I. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely Place, Amazing Pool

We really enjoyed our stay in Lancaster, especially the pool! We loved that the place was clean, nicely decorated, and well kept. There were nice amenities like the single serve coffee pot with the coffee pods, and the little soaps/shampoos. We also loved that the pool was inaccessible to our small children (they would have to go through three doors, down a set of stairs to get to the pool). Our only complaint would be that we found the bed and couch were not comfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

Cute, Comfortable & Contemporary

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks exactly how it's described on VRBO. The beds were super comfy and we loved sitting out on the balcony. The only downfall was the road noise and being able to hear others in the back and side yard. Music and the sound machine on my phone worked wonders. This place is definitely at the top of my list for places to stay when I visit PA.
