Beautifully completely remodeled Huge one-story home. Quiet and beautiful environment. Just 5 minutes away from the strip and downtown! Only 8 mins to Las Vegas convention center. Close to Costco business center with a gas station. This house is located in the middle of the city in the extremely quiet area on a huge 1 acre lot.

Fabulous Las Vegas Home
Property just as advertised. Gorgeous! I stayed here years before it was great then and just as amazing now. All the furnishings have been updated. They pay attention to details that make a place comfortable like extra blankets. Read and ask questions about heating the jacuzzi so that there are no surprises.

Great business trip stay for five adults
This rental house worked out very well for our trip. It was close to the convention center and had a Costco very nearby for supplies. The beds were all extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets/pillows. The decor could use a refresh but this didn't affect our stay in any way. The kitchen was nice and everything worked well. We didn't do any cooking but appliances seemed very nice. Uber drivers warned us of the neighborhood to the east, but this area was walled and seemed safe. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the roosters in the morning over coffee. The host was very easy to communicate with. There was no clean up requirement which was perfect for an early flight out.

Spacious beyond belief
Located in a great neighborhood with 5 .inite access to everything you could need. My family and I had the most comfortable away from experience every. Ray (owner) was so pleasant and easy to communicate when needed. The only issue was the internet was a little unstable but other than, it was everything that we needed and .more.

This home was very clean and the pool was awesome. There were 5 Adults and we all had plenty of room. Great having 3 bathrooms and 4 Bedrooms. Ray the owner was extremely responsive if I had any questions. Great place to stay!

Great experience
The experience we had with this house was great. it’s big, clean, house has two living rooms we used mostly one, the dining room we didn’t even used, 4 big bedrooms, 2 with bathrooms, overall we loved the house, located in a very nice neighborhood quiet and close to everything 7 minutes to Fremont 10 minutes to the strip. Ray was great and always available. No complains, we loved this house and I am keeping the info to rent again.

You will not find a cleaner home
Our entire stay was great. Kitchen had anything we needed, all appliances are like new. Great washer and dryer. Outside temp was well over 100 but house stayed cool. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I can’t say enough how clean everything was. Every kitchen cupboard was neatly organized. We never used the pool so I can’t speak to it, but it appeared very well maintained. Overall I would have no problem staying again.

The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Nice and clean, and the pool was in excellent shape. We had a great time enjoying the pool, and the property is located within 15 minutes from the strip and less then 10 minutes from Fremont street - that's a bonus!

A Memorable Stay for Multi-Generation Families
Our family of seven, ranging in age from 2 to 74, had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. We were looking for a comfortable and spacious place to enjoy a barbecue, and this house delivered on all fronts. The house itself was incredibly clean, just as described in the reviews. We were particularly impressed with the ample supply of pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to prepare our contribution to the barbecue. The location was ideal, just a short 15-minute drive from everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area and still enjoy some relaxing time at the house. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the host. When we were struggling to figure out the pool lights, he went above and beyond by coming over at 10pm to help us out. His willingness to assist made our experience truly memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Hands down the best experience in a vrbo I have had. The place was gorgeous, clean, and Ray (the host) was responsive and attentive. We had 1 issue, the microwave was showing an error code and Ray brought another microwave right over. We will definitely be thinking of this property when coming back to Vegas.

Location, location, location!
I highly recommend this VRBO. We were a group of 75+ aged seniors. The location was ideal for our scheduled activities. The house was very comfortable and the backyard was fantastic. We chose to have all our meals at the house, so the outdoor grill was put to good use. The beds were comfortable and the spaces very clean. Host Ray was readily responsive to our questions and concerns. There are a few suggestions I will be sharing with Ray, that might enhance, even more, the comfort of this great home. Our group had a great stay.

Clean house but watch step going to the dining room!
Very clean. Big lot and nice house. The only thing is: there is a step down going to dining room. Since the flooring of the entire house is the same color and texture, sooner or later someone is going to fall hard. I recommend to the owner to place a railing or find another way to remedy the safety issue.

We had a great stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property in fairly close proximity to the strip. Ray was highly responsive…even came over personally to clean and set up the pool and jacuzzi, which I greatly appreciated.

When We Were Young
There was 4 of us and we were in town for the When We Were Young festival. The house was spotless and was very spacious. The outside was also spacious and even has a basketball hoop and has the pool, too. Dealing with Ray, the owner, was easy and we had no issues checking in or leaving. A little bit of a ride to the airport, but to the northn side of the strip was not far at all. Ubering was easy. Rent this house without any worries.

The house couldn't have been nicer and Ray was a wonderful host. Location and Neiborhood was perfect. There was a very nice outdoor area with a pool that we used many times. It was typically only a 15 minute drive to the convention center and the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

There’s no words, this home was everything my family needed it to be.It’s so spacious we joked to call it the mini mansion. 4 bedrooms with one being its own private suite with in room jacuzzi ( we didn’t use ) another room is an actual master bedroom with a sunken shower. the bathrooms are all spacious and well equipped. I would 1000 percent recommend and would always want to book here again for our trips to Vegas. The front yard is HUGE with an artsy feeling, same for the back yard. Many little lounge area available. The vibe of this home gives off a warm loving energy. The host is very friendly and attentive.. I cannot say enough… just go ahead and book,

Family stay
This house is great for anyone wanting to be close to the strip but not on it. We had 5 adults and 2 children (2 & 5 yrs old). Pool was great for keeping them busy. There is an office space that worked great for the one who had to work while away. Target, Walmart, Sams etc are all a short drive. We had no issues with having pizza delivered one night. The 3 bathrooms made it nice for multiple families and all the rooms have very comfy beds. Has a large driveway in case you have a couple of vehicles.The owner, Ray, is very quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely stay here again. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
