Great location
Our group were 3 best friends from different states. We get together once a year and chose Vegas this year. This house worked perfect for us. We loved the location, the floor plan, the pool and outdoor area, and the coffee supplies were a bonus. It was a nice get away for all of us. We came to see a few shows, eat great food and to hike. If you are a hiker, you have to check out Valley of Fire… such a hidden gem, Hoover Dam is a must as well.

Fantastic location close enough to the strip for easy access, far enough to be away from it. All amenities and necessities close by. The house is well stocked with everything for great meal preparations. The house is as described and as pictured.

We had a great stay at this house! It was very nice, with plenty of space and a comfortable setup. The pool was perfect to escape the heat and was definitely a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood was quiet the entire weekend, making it a peaceful retreat. We were decently close to the strip. (About fifteen minutes drive twenty with traffic) Overall, a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a mix of relaxation and proximity to the action!

Convenient Location
This property is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to restaurants. There is a busy road bordering the neighborhood that had occasional road racers using it. Didn't disturb our stay overall, though. The home was clean and well stocked (towels, spices, paper products).

Great pool for hot Las Vegas!
Came with my son and two friends for football game at Allegiant Stadium. House was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. Pool was a great way to cool off from the 100+ heat in Vegas. Trips to Strip did not take long (about 10-15 minutes on average). Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants only a short drive away. Artur was a great host; very responsive. (Although we had no issues during stay.) Would definitely consider booking again!

Feel like home!
This is our first time at thia property and overall it is an amazing property. The house is beautiful and clean fully furnished for you to feel like home. The host is also very nice, communicative, and flexible. I would go back for all my Vegas future trip.

Erholung in Las Vegas
Das Haus hat eine wunderbare ruhige Lage, nur 15 Minuten vom Strip entfernt. Das Haus bietet alles was man für ein paar ruhige Tage benötigt, viel Platz, schöner Poolbereich. Es ist nicht alles Topmodern, manches schon abgenutzt , aber in gutem Zustand. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
