• The Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out.The deposit will be refunded as long as there are NO damages incurred to the condo.

• The cleaning fee includes a one-time cleaning fee upon check-in. Extra cleaning is available if you would like to inquire.

• Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out requests. If you need to store your luggage before or after your stay, you may do so at the bell desk located in the lobby.

• Valet Parking is available for up to one vehicle. Please note valet does have capacity limits out of our control, in the event that it is full guests may park in the self-parking structure at MGM Grand.

• This is a 100% Smoke Free Property, a $500 fee is charged if smoke is detected. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes.
