Great location and sparkling pool
We were in town to visit with our daughter and her family. Our two-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved playing in the pool. Great house, meticulously cleaned, and very well stocked. We would definitely book this property again.

Great place to stay, description of location spot on. Fun time with family and only 20 minutes from strip. Only one issue we wanted late check out host never responded to email so we made other plans, yes I could have called but no big deal.

This property was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The Host Was Absolutely Great. We were inContact with the host from day one of our stay and She reacted quickly to every request we had. I had an answer for everything within 10 minutes of my sending a question or request. Very Nice Home With Pool And Views
It's a quiet, relaxing place with a great private pool, and beautiful views of the Las Vegas strip and surrounding mountains. Communications with the owners was excellent and they were instantly helpful with what few issues we had. (They were MOST accommodating when at the very last minute Delta canceled our flight in July, and we had to move our reservation back two months. We are very grateful to them for that)

The home was exactly as described. It was fully equipped with everything you could possible need, even toothpaste if you forgot it. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature for a hot summer weekend. The manager was very friendly and communicated well. I will definitely rent this property again.

This house is a nice Henderson home with a great view and a nice pool to cool off! The best part of our stay was the pool which is heated to stay nice and enjoyable year round. That was a really nice perk, very few places have a heated pool and the kids loved it. There were a couple tiles missing, but the deck was recently re done and it looks like they are in the process of updating stuff, so I was not too worried about that. The inside was nice and clean. The owners take effort to make sure everything is clean and well maintained. You can tell they have worked on things to improve the home or painted rooms, etc. to keep it nice. I really enjoyed being able to back our truck into the garage to unload in the rain so our stuff stayed dry. The garage will NOT fit a crew cab F250 in case anyone is wondering, but a Chevy Tahoe or smaller rig would easily fit from my estimate. I am obsessed with garages, what can I say! The home is on a quiet, but busy street. The traffic is local traffic of people going to their homes and it is the main road into the community, so there is a lot of activity and driving. The backyard is quiet and against a railroad track, but remained fairly quiet. It is not what you think though, there are layers to the railroad and there is a nice bike path. The view and outdoor deck with the high top table chairs to eat dinner was the best thing ever! The inside was super stocked! They even had cold beers in the fridge. We do not drink, but for those that do, a nice bonus. This might have been left over from a previous group, so just in case don’t give your hopes up. Cupboards and everything had everything a well stocked home would have. Very nice!!! Overall a great stay, and we will be back!

heated pool and Spa! plus fast internet, comfy beds.
Beds were plush, the internet was pushing 250MBPS Download, which is some of the best I've had from an VRBO. The pool after a long drive to Vegas and hiking all day at the Valley of Fire was just the best. The Spa was absolutely incredible to sit in. The kitchen and utilities were tremendous, everything you needed was at the house.

Perfect for what we needed
Easy checkin. We had a work crew to install a machine in Henderson. The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we rented this house. Owner worked with us well on this. Note that you need to be very quiet after 10. That's awfully early for the Vegas area. But OK for our purposes. After very long days of work, the jacuzzi was great. A very well stocked house. The best I have rented.

Xmas Getaway
The home is lovely, cozy, clean, has a pretty yard, and a fabulous view of the strip and mountains. The kitchen is well stocked as other reviews have mentioned. We had no contact with the property manager though we had her number and she left us a friendly welcome card on the counter. The home was decorated nicely for Xmas and that really added to our holiday vacation experience. The pool and hot tub were icy cold when we arrived. We could have contacted Mary to turn on the hot tub, but we opted to not use it. There are alarms on the doors leading outside to the backyard area. These alarms are loud and annoying and can’t be deactivated. The controls for the hot tub and the loud alarms are the only negative critique of the property. Also, when entering the property, you have to pull the door towards you prior to entering the code for access. This should probably be fixed as we stood outside and kept putting in the code, hearing the lock turn, but the door wouldn’t open. We were about to contact the property manager for access when my husband was able to open the door. This is really a lovely home overall.

Perfect Get Away Location
This house was everything the ad said it would be. It was the perfect location for wanting to got to Vegas and still get some relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. It's in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. It had everything we needed stocked and very clean. The back yard was perfect for soaking up the sunshine and relaxing by/in the heated pool. The view that you get is amazing as well, especially at night when the strip is light up. Mary was always quick to respond with any of our needs before, during and after our stay. We would definitely book here again!!

Working and visiting family. What a peaceful place for quiet evenings and working remotely from the house. Enjoyed the pool in the evening and the well supplied kitchen. Mary was a gracious host and very accommodating and quick communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Trip for UFC fights and Raiders Game
The house was very beautiful and clean. the kids loved the pool. when we looked at the information it stated that we were only 10-15 minutes from the strip. You are more like 20-25 minutes and the Uber/Lyft cost depending on where you are going is about $50 up to $65 each way. we had no communication with the owner. We received an email with all of the information and we had everything that was promised. I would definitely stay here again if i was not going back and forth to the strip as often.
