The house is verry near many shop, but the picture from the house is wrong, you think it's a big house but in reality it's verry small. Only that was not good also the swimming pull it's not the same as the pics Also is not at 10 minutes from the strip, but 25 minutes.

Not at all like the listing appeared. Sleeps 12 no way. Filthy carpets, showers, couches were dirty. Pool was falling apart and dirty. Was not told someone was going to show up in back yard to clean pool. Kids climbing toy was falling apart. Had two slot machines that were not to be touched and an old gumball machine that was dirty and full of dust.

Family friendly property in Henderson
My wife, toddler, and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this Henderson property a few blocks away from Boulder Hwy. There is a nice park (Wells Park) just a few minutes walk away with: walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds, basketball courts, and even a splash pad and pool. The location provides easy access to downtown Henderson/Water District and nearby Lake Las Vegas. The neighborhood appears to be a little older than the numerous new communities recently built or currently being built nearby. The house itself was clean and in relatively good shape with most amenities one would need. My toddler particularly enjoyed the above-ground pool, play set, and trampoline.

Cozy fun home
My family of 5 loved our stay here. There was a great private backyard with a pool, trampoline & swing-set over turf. Rooms were cozy, the beds were firm & pillows kind of flat so if that’s something that is a priority for you, maybe bring your own comfort in pillows/blankets. Living & bathroom areas did the job for a family of 5!

Awesome house
My host Shawn was very friendly and professional, the hose was spotless clean and very roomy, everything we needed was in the hose , I recommend this house to everyone, I will always book my stay with Shawn because he took time to take care of us with everything we needed it was a blessing to gave Shawn and this property to stay . Overall the place was very nice, it was clean, the outdoor area was pretty nice,quiet neighborhood, pool was refreshing but on the play equipment the sunshade was dry rotted, the cut 2×4s around pool and spikes sticking up holding trampoline was dangerous for the kids, also it was quite disappointing that in the comments it said there was a king bed(there isn't) as well as 2 sofa beds(there isn't)there was a roll away bed but trying to sleep 12 was challenging and frustrating especially since I had to pay for extra guests, I would definitely stay here again if I didn't have as large of a group with kids. This is in no way meant to be a bad review if the items I mentioned were fixed it will be fabulous for the next family!!

Our review
Communication from hosts was quick and very helpful. House was adequate but very sparsely furnished. There were no washcloths, no kitchen towels, no soap in 1 bathroom sink soap container, no (2) futons as stated, front porch light was either burnt out or not working. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and found this kitchen difficult to cook in. Generally there are a few spices, salt and pepper, a can or more of misc foods, maybe flour, sugar etc. the only thing here was coffee filters and a bottle of vegetable oil. The skillets were in poor shape although pots and pans were limited in number, they were in good shape. Again, hosts were GREAT to work with but the house was too sparse for us.

My family loved the home! We came from San Diego to meet my son and daughter and grandchildren from Utah. It was a beautiful house and we enjoyed the yard. We cooked and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed. I would definitely be staying again!

Amazing backyard!
The backyard is why we booked and it was perfect. The house could use a good deep clean. Bed’s were all broken, the pillows were awful and the heating in the garage that was converted isn’t great. The kitchen is missing things like a can opener (we bought and left one), big kitchen bowls, and the dishwasher was broken. Has a great washer and dryer, the backyard was amazing for the littles and communication with the host was great.

The backyard made the trip for my kids, they had a great time and loved it! Overall the house was nice clean, and everything worked. But it's clear that the house has been a rented quite a bit and needs some refreshing. Host was great to communicate with and very responsive.

We had a great time staying here. The play area is awesome and it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood. The only thing that surprised us was that the air conditioning was off when we came in the house, so it was really hot when we checked in. The host was very good at communicating and answered any questions we had while being there too! Overall 5 stars!

Fun for families
We stayed here for four nights with two small children-they loved the outside play area. The host was quick to address any issues/concerns. The area is conveniently close to Vegas but also a lot of great places like Lake Mead or the Hoover Dam. We chose this house over a condo or a hotel because it was kid-friendly and we wanted a full kitchen and the ability to do laundry when needed.

Phenomenal stay!
The family and I needed a place to stay for the EDC weekend and were very happy to find this home. The area might not have been my first choice but believe when I say the home is in fantastic condition with modern amenities and plenty of fun for the whole family. The host is kind and extremely responsive. Probably the fastest host to tend to us for any stay. I highly recommend this home.

LOVED IT!
If you have children, book this place NOW! My grandsons, 6 and 2, played all day in the back yard and never got bored. The house was set up great for a relaxing trip. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and easy access to all things 'Vegas"!
