Unwind in this brand new modern and luxurious rental! The Franklin offers everything you expect in 5-star lodging. The main level offers a spacious master bedroom completed with a beautiful granite wet bar, Keurig coffee station, and mini-fridge. The master king bed features a memory foam mattress with cooling gel and soft Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuring to make your stay one to remember. A 48” 4K television with Netflix and Hulu live programming allows you to catch the Late Show from the comfort of your bed. An on-suite bathroom adorns the master space. With its large walk-in shower and large vanity, you won’t want to leave! Moving on to the second level, a well-appointed full-sized kitchen sits right off the living room. This beautiful kitchen features a large island, stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee station, and a stove. The living room features luxurious furnishings, a sleeper sofa bed with a memory foam mattress along with a 65” 4K television that includes Netflix and Hulu Live programming for your viewing pleasure. You will be sure to enjoy the high ceilings and modern details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down on your very own private porch off the living space! The rental is located on a quiet street. Although shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Amazing location and unit
We had a wonderful stay. The unit is close to everything you want to see and do in town, without being too close that you have noise. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!
Couldn’t recommend this home more! From the moment you pull up, the house is charming and clean. The inside was so spacious and they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Little did they know it was our wedding weekend which was such a fitting surprise. The porch was an amazing addition to the home as well. Everything was clean and felt so homey! Will definitely stay here again.

The property is in excellent condition and location is very walkable. We planned on eating out but for those wanting to eat at home there is little locally for groceries and would need to plan to stop ahead or bring along.With it being a duplex expected some noise. Unfortunately a poor dog was left alone for long periods and cried some of the time

PERFECT WEEKEND
Adorable and quaint, perfectly designed, immaculately clean, 1-bedroom spacious townhouse in downtown Mt Dora. They paid attention to every detail on everything you need for your home away from home. Even your car will be happy in the garage. Literally bring your suitcase that’s all you need. Less than two minutes from everything in Mt. Dora. Our weekend at the craft show couldn’t be better knowing we were minutes away to relaxation. We will be back!

Good Vibes!
A short walk to Donnelly Street where shops and restaurants are located. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The host has thought of things you will need, such as make up remover cloths, plenty of k-cups for Keurig coffee maker, coffee condiments, tooth paste. I liked the wine cooler downstairs in the bedroom for our bottled waters and there’s a Keurig coffee maker there as well if you don’t want to take stairs to the kitchen. We purchased a gallon of water to use in coffee makers, I prefer instead of using tap water. Very nice touch with a welcome gift! I’m giving a 4 star on cleanliness because the shower head needs a good cleaning as it had black debris around the tiny holes. You can’t go wrong in choosing The Franklin for your stay in charming Mt Dora!
