Vacation Home with 4 Bedrooms, Three Baths and two Half-Baths. Home is fully equipped and is currently used by the owners as a vacation home. 30 minute drive from the Knoxville Airport Home has a Media Room with Pool/Ping Pong Table, Xbox, Playstation with Games, DVD Player with many movies to watch. 6 Flat Screen TV's throughout the house. Home office with computer, printer and Internet. Secluded area with a country feel but a 15 min. drive to town, shopping and dining. Dock fishing, swimming and sunbathing on property !!! Property is located an hour and 15 min. from the Smoky Mountains offering Zip Lining, Hiking, White Water Rafting and Sightseeing in Pidgeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and surrounding areas in the Mountains. Perfect for a family vacation.

Superbe résidence dans un petit coin de paradis
Résidence spacieuse et bien équipée pour accommoder et divertir plusieurs familles. Nous étions 3 couples dont 1 avec enfant, la chambre du sous-sol annexée à une grande salle de bain était idéal pour la famille et chaque couple avait sa propre toilette et douche. L’accès au plan d’eau est très proche, la propriété ne donne cependant pas directement sur l’eau tel que décrit. La présence d’un paddle board et d’un kayak a été très apprécié pour aller sur l’eau, c’était magnifique! La route est très sinueuse pour se rendre à la résidnce, la prudence est de mise.

Family gathering to celebrate sibling's 80th Birthday.
The house was inviting, cozy, and well-stocked for our needs. Our trip was in January and it was very cold out, so we spent all our time inside, but the sunset views were spectacular, the kitchen well-equipped for family meals, and watching deer from the comfort of our cozy kitchen and family room. We appreciated that there was well-explained printed info regarding the use of TV/Game options. We would book this house again.

One of the best “stocked”
From the kitchen to the toys, this house had it all. We were able to find everything we needed to cook meals. While it was winter and could not use them, we noticed all the lake related toys. The location was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this as place to come and unwind

Excellent!
Our family drove in from different states and we stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house easily fit 5 adults and was very inviting and comfortable. We played pool every night after dinner and relaxed on the porch watching the deer, drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking a full thanksgiving dinner. There is not one thing remotely negative about our stay. Thank you Bill, you were easy to communicate with and we hope to be back next year.

This is an absolutely beautiful place. The home is very large and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. The lake view is spectacular and walking down to the water even better. The host was very communicative and so pleasant and responsive. Would love to come back. Lots of fun water sports in the summertime it looks like too.

Great place to get away
Great house for a friend's weekend. Was clean and description online was accurate. The TV setup was a bit complicated and difficult to get going but we eventually figured it out to watch the UT game. The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental which has pluses and minuses. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful house with great location
My grown kids and their families joined my wife & I for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone. We spent time at the lake and on the back deck. Knoxville is a short drive away and the Smokey Mountain National Park made for a nice day trip. Very quiet location with deer sightings daily.

Liv’in the Dream in Lenoir City
My Wife and I took our 4 Grandchildren here for a vacation. The house is amazing and the description is very accurate. The pool table, theater room, darts, games, TVs were amazing. The dock and river are 100 yards across the driveway for swimming, fishing, sunning and just relaxing. This property has many water toys and vests available and we would highly recommend you visit. It is a functioning family home that the owners VRBO out when they are not using, so this place is very comfortable. Give it a try..

Siblings, father, spouse and I stayed in the house. We were visiting family who live west of Knoxville. It’s nestled back in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. No through traffic, so nice for walking. Lots of wild turkey and deer.

Great Hosts
Hosts are very attentive, home is beautiful as are the surroundings. The deer are a treat for us, we don't have beautiful wild animals roaming in our yard, so was great to see the baby deer and mamas. No issues here, would stay again without hesitation.

Great for a long weekend getaway
Lovely home. Plenty of room for 6 adults, although most of us found the mattresses softer than our liking. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing screened in porch. Enjoyed watching Mom and 2 younger deer graze in backyard during the evenings. Didn't stay long enough to make use of the media room, as we had events to attend, but look forward to future opportunities.

Loved Staying Here!!
We absolutely loved staying here! We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in deck and the beautiful view of the lake from the front porch. The owner was so attentive and checked in with us to make sure we were happy. We saw so many deer! It was so peaceful. We enjoyed the lake, played pool and just had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property
The house was very well stocked and maintained. Bill checked in on us to ensure everything was to our liking. The kids had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the amenities downstairs. We’ve rented many homes for family vacations and this one by far has been the best.
