Great little house in the heart of Lexington.
Everything about the stay was great. Check in was a breeze. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The house is exactly as described. The place was extremely clean, well appointed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Made for a great visit.

Go Big Blue!
Prob the best bang for the buck in Lex…clean w two nice full baths. Right in the middle on Nicholasville road so you are under a 10 min drive in one direction to Rupp and the other direction to the mall and Fritz shopping(and Blue Sushi, highly recommend). 1.1 miles to Ramsey’s diner as well is a nice bonus. Will stay if its available every time we are in Lex to watch the Cats win!

We really enjoyed our stay for a golf/bourbon tour vacation. The property was in excellent condition and the 3 adults were very comfortable. If not couples, the house would not be comfortable for 6.

We loved this property. The first thing we noticed was how clean and organized everything was. It was comfortable and welcoming. Ethan responded promptly to any message, and even proactively reached out to see how our first night went. If we are ever in Lexington again we would absolutely stay here.

We stayed for National Cheer Comp. The house was very cute and clean. Plenty of local information for out of towners. We had our young adult children with us so I was happy to see plenty of space and kitchen utensils for cooking for the family. Great location. We will be back!

Great rental
We rented the house to take 6 girls to basketball camp. It was perfect for our need. Be advised it is a very good location but it is very busy neighborhood. Lots of traffic and people out and about. It wasn’t loud at night just busy mostly during the day. It didn’t feel unsafe. Ethan was a wonderful host and we would stay there again for sure!

Fourth of July visit
Our family of five traveled to Lexington to visit friends over the Fourth of July. The house was perfect for us. It is located in a historic neighborhood and has a yard for the kids to play in. It was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was refreshing after touring a horse farm and spending time outdoors. We would love to stay there again next time we visit our friends!

Convenient and Serene
We read the amazing reviews and somehow this bungalow was even better than expected. The place was super clean and way bigger than it looked in the photos. It's in an awesome spot, really close to tons of restaurants and the UK campus, but still super quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, riding the bikes over to the UK campus, and relaxing in 5hr comfy beds with lots of pillows. Perfect for anyone wanting a mix of convenience and peace. Highly recommend!
