Ferguson family weekend
The house was extremely welcoming. Our bed was great after a LONG drive to KY. It has everything we needed to enjoy time with our daughter n her boyfriend. (who just moved to Lexington) The location was near everything we needed to be at and the host was excellent in his response time with questions or suggestions. Will definitely look at staying again when we come to town.

Could have been better
The house itself was okay-ish for a one night stay.The fenced private back yard and location were great.Under the beds and bathroom shower could have been cleaned much better for the cleaning rate they chargeCommunication was difficult! I emailed asking about when I would receive the access code, etc. No response. Emailed the morning of check in, no response. Had to contact VRBO and have them reach out to get any information. After arriving late from traveling all day, I got my child in the bath only to realize there were no towels of any sort in the house. Emailed the property manager and was given a code to access the cleaners closet. Good thing we were only staying one night because there were only 3 towels in there ( enough for each of us). Since my daughter was already in the tub we ended up using paper towels to dry her off!! While the response we received was apologetic, that is not acceptable. There was also no “welcome book”, or check out information available to us. The location was great but will not stay again

Cottage stay
We stayed 3 nights to drop our daughter off to college. Everything was neat and clean and all necessities were there down to coffee and creamer! We enjoyed the basket of goodies too. The only only complaint is there should be a code lock instead of keyed as my husband lost the ONLY key.Thankfully a locksmith was called by management to get more keyes made but that was pretty lengthy. Exactly as advertised and then some
Everything you need to have continuity of family is here. In other words you need nothing but yourself and family (dog included) The back yard is entirely fenced in. So no worry about any escaping pups. It was an absolute blessing to find this place. We were able to focus on relaxing and making memories. We would definitely book again.

Cute home! Cozy and clean!
Oter than the yard needing mowing the overall stay was nice. Easy access to shopping and the freeway! Also place was clean and comfortable! We did not bring our pooch, but it was great yard for a dog with a nice fence!

Quiet neighborhood
All in all this not a bad place to stay. It’s a small 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch home. Neighborhood safe and quiet. It was clean inside the home. Some of the down falls. It was difficult to unlock the pad lock on the front door. Backyard needed the grass cut and it could have use a weeding job.

Loved it !!!
Other than the small trash can in the kitchen, no complaints about anything. Loved the location, the size of the home, the fenced in backyard (we had our dog with us). The power went out while we were there (no fault of the owners) but they offered to move us to another property. We liked the property so much that we didn’t want to leave. The power was back on within a couple hours. We will stay here again.

The place is located in a nice established neighborhood with well maintained properties. It has a spacious back yard and the kitchen was equipped perfectly for a vacation get away. Check in and out was easy. Our dog loved the yard and walking around the neighborhood.

Someone entered the property when we were not there
A maintenance person knocked on our door as a follow up to an AC problem. He informed us he had been there the evening before with the owner. We had gone out to eat and can only assume they had entered the property when we were not there. I was under the impression that this is not permitted during the time we have rented the property. We reached out to the property manager and did not receive a call back or message. This is very unprofessional. In addition to this, prior to check in, we received a different VRBO customer's check in information with their address and code to unlock their rented property. It lead to much confusion and we spent an hour on the porch after a 5 hour drive in the heat trying to communicate with the host and VRBO customer service. The whole thing has left a bad taste in our mouth.

Short stay
This is our 2nd time booking this home. The host left us a basket full of goodies, Keurig cups, shampoo, soaps and more! The house is very clean and we love the fenced in yard! The location is wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet! We would stay here again.
