As you enter the flat which is on the 3rd floor of the building, you will find on your left a large fully equipped kitchen with its own little balcony. On your right is the open plan living and dining area with a comfy sofa couch, a 43” smart tv, a dining table that seats 6 and a second balcony with outdoor seating. Free wifi is available throughout. Down the hallway on your left, you will find a guest wc and 3 very well sized bedrooms with loads of wardrobe space. 2 of the bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The main bedroom which is on your far right has a queen size bed and its own private balcony. The large bathroom comes with a tub and a shower head, also in the bathroom a washing machine is also available. The apartment is beautiful designed and ideal for families, friends and also for business due to its central location.
The flat is located just off Makarios Avenue which is famous for shopping, for dining and many coffee shops are in walking distance. Just 1.8 km away is the main shopping street of Limassol which leads down to the beachfront where you can find the old castle surrounded by restaurants and bars, the old port which is very popular for dining and also the famous Limassol Marina. The Limassol Mall and Casino are just a 15 minute drive away. The flat provides free covered parking or for public transport, the bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
