Ouvert du 23 au 26 septembre. Vue sur la mer et bain à remous sur une rue sans issue calme. Il y a 3 lits Queen et 4 lits jumeaux. Pas d'escalier dans la maison du parking. La cuisine de style cuisine entièrement approvisionnée s'ouvre sur un patio privé avec bain à remous, table de pique-nique, balançoire et cour. Tous surplombant l'océan! Pas de nuit simple entre juin et septembre Le salon a d’énormes baies vitrées, une cheminée en pierre de rivière, des poutres apparentes, un plafond voûté et une télévision grand écran avec parquet au sol. Endroit idéal pour les vues de surf et de sable, les couchers de soleil ou l'observation des baleines. Il y a une enveloppe supplémentaire autour du pont supérieur. Parfait pour se prélasser sur des chaises en bois adirondack tout en regardant le surf rouler po Complètement meublé avec draps et serviettes.
Maximum 10 invités (y compris les visiteurs d'un jour) et 3 places de stationnement.

Disappointing
We wanted to like this rental, but were disappointed. We stayed from Sept 2 to the 5th, 2024. First thing we noticed upon opening the door was the musty smell, even the bedding. We opened all the windows and washed the sheets for the beds we used. Washer/dryer are noisy/squeaky. The entire house needs updating. Showers are small, and the water pressure is low. I was looking forward to close/easy beach access. It's a bit of a walk downhill, and back up (I'm 70). There was construction (known by host) which closed the access, requiring we hike up the hill, through a backyard path, and three blocks down. A few hours after we arrived the security hub/Simli Safe located in the living room began an alert every few minutes. The host said she'd send someone, but after an hour and a half of waiting we removed the batteries (bring tools in future). Ugh! Now for the positive; good supply of towels and kitchenware, back patio was nice, and the hot tub was clean. The host sounded nice, but we didn't actually see her. We won't be staying here again.

My Happy Place
The views were amazing. Morning coffee was enjoyed in the comfy living room with an awesome view and also on the patio and wrap around deck throughout the day. House was nicely stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Home is older but unique. I would suggest that you check the thresh hold strips going into the bathrooms. The screws/nails snagged a few socks. I would remind the cleaners to clean under the cabinets in living room. Several items and dust bunnies were noticed. Over all our family had a wonderful stay.

Great spot for watching the waves
The Porthole is an awesome spot! A little tricky getting in and out of the driveway, but managed ok. With the number of beds, we were able to accommodate the 7 of us comfortably. An upstairs shower would have been nice, but we’re able to use the tub for baths and showers downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and the view from the kitchen table was amazing. We took advantage of the nice weather, had a fire and made s’mores. It was a fun filled 4 days!

Great stay at Lincoln City
We really enjoyed our stay here at this house - great ocean view, and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Taking one star off because the house was not ready until 5:00, and we were not able to check in when we were promised. Also, it was clear that the housekeeper, who was cleaning when we got there, missed some spots - there was a lot of hair left in the sink and the toilet wasn’t cleaned in one of the bathrooms. But we understood that there were messy guests before us and knew that it takes a lot of time to clean a big house so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall I recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing view from the living room and the kitchen. The swing, firepit, and hot tub are nice touches. We had a hard time finding the house in the beginning but reread the directions and found it after 15 mins. The house was clean, nice location but it was a lot smaller than expected especially the kitchen but the view make up for it. The host was nice, Ice in the freezer, hot tub was ready for us and a cooler was prepared for us outside.

Simple and good
This isnt a fancy place. But its comfy and homey. We brought our adult kids for the twin beds and our 80 yr old parents. The pictures didnt show that the kitchen is downstairs. The kitchen is adequate and well stocked. The stairs are questionable for little kids and older folks. The best thing about this house is the porch and the chairs to watch the ocean. Some things that need fixing include the water pressure in the downstairs shower, and all the queen mattresses. They are all squishy. The kitchen is very small, so i wouldnt consider this an entertaining space. We brought most of our eating outside or in the living room. Vrbo needs to change the address on the site. Its the wrong address. Please know, the parking is quite tricky. If you have a large vehicle, you have to pass the house and turn around in the cul-de-sac. Everything about the rental agency was smooth and good communication.

Incredible views with some caveats…
Views are amazing….upstairs very comfortable and the outdoor area was great. We found the downstairs to be a bit musty especially in the full bathroom. The cleanliness of the full bathroom was not conducive to the rest of the house. This bathroom needed some extra cleaning. Shower pressure was pretty awful as well. The towels also had a funky odor. We had a two year old with us so the stairs were a bit of an issue for us.

Overall nice place to stay
We had a fun relaxing stay. The proximity to the beach is awesome, the hot tub a nice way to relax and warm up after spending the day in the typical Oregon coast weather. The only complaint we had was that the only working shower was in the laundry room. All in all a very nice place for a getaway.
