This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is a great accommodation for family and friends looking for a skiing or hiking getaway! After a day of enjoying this beautiful area, soak your sore muscles in the condo's shared jacuzzi, or warm up with a coffee or hot chocolate from the complimentary coffee bar! Enjoy the basement entertainment center, including a poker/game table!

The master bedroom features a queen bed with a private bathroom, featuring a large bathtub, shower, and large vanity with double sinks. The master also has it's very own private access to the outside patio! The unit also features a bunk room with two twin size bunk beds, and a third guest room featuring a queen size bed! The basement master features a queen bed, with a private bathroom. There is a beautiful kitchen and dining area, with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your favorite shows on a wall-mounted flatscreen, Smart TV with full cable or warm up by the homes indoor electric fireplace!

Access to the walking trails along the Pemigewasset River is close by, however, guests don't need to venture too far as the river runs directly behind the condo! Enjoy a day on the river swimming, floating, or taking in the beautiful scenery of the White Mountains!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private outdoor patio and shared jacuzzi! Guests are also welcome to utilize the shared backyard grass area as well! Guests have access to 2 parking spots in front of the unit, with additional parking options in the guests spots marked at the complex.

This Airbnb is located right on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river as you soak your soar muscles in condo associations shared Jacuzzi! This home is located directly across the street from the new chairlift, allowing for a short walk to the slopes. The home is also part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, allowing guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges. The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The Airbnb also features a free shuttle service during the winter months, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.

As our guests, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a private shuttle service, providing transportation to and from all Loon Mountain bases, with pick up right at your front door!
House rules:

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations by only parking in the driveway and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Guests are permitted 2 spots in front of the condo and there are guests spots located throughout the parking lot.

2. No Pets allowed.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the home. Any visitor found in violation will be subject to fines.

5. No parties or events.

6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10.

7. Dispose of all garbage in trash bins. The dumpsters are located in the parking lot of the condo association, in front of building 15.

8. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.
