Situé dans un bâtiment nouvellement construit, cet appartement dispose de 24 heures de sécurité dispose de quatre ascenseurs et un parking public à 100 mètres. Cet appartement décoré avec un soin particulier est idéal pour les groupes ou les familles. Situé dans le quartier d'Orange où concentré une ligne de métro directe vers le centre-ville historique, à 15 minutes ,, une gare avec accès à Sintra, Algarve, Porto, Cascais, etc. et un terminal de bus longue distance à Fátima, Évora, Porto, etc., ce qui en fait l'un des lieux d'accès plus facile à Lisbonne.
Cet appartement de 150 m2 dispose de 4 chambres avec de grandes surfaces 14-16 m2 et une salle de séjour de 54m2 et 2 salles de bains spacieuses.
Avec des fenêtres couvrant tout le périmètre de l'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la forêt Monsanto et la ville. Great Stay in Lisbon
Fantastic Apartment and great hosts! Miguel checked us in and was very helpful in explaining near by sites and restaurants. The apartment itself is outstanding-really well kept with nice bathrooms and kitchen. Also very bright with lots of windows. There were four of us in plenty of room to spread out as there are four bedrooms. The only slight negative is it is not walking distance to the Lisbon old town but we knew that going in and it was actually nice to get back to the quiet neighborhood at night. Easy 15 minute metro ride to the downtown area. Also, a couple of really good restaurants near the apartment. Definitely give it a 5 star rating!

Large apartment in quiet neighborhood
We were traveling with 1 other couple. This apartment was very spacious. 4 large bedrooms and ample living area. Great location in quiet neighborhood but close to a metro/train station. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the AC was staying cool in 2 of the bedrooms but everything else was perfect.

Cool Neighborhood
This apartment is definitely a cut above average. Big and airy with lots of windows. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms well setup. You’re 15 minutes by subway away from the old town, but you’re in a local neighbourhood with two excellent restaurants 5 minutes walk away. I highly recommend it and would return on another trip to Lisbon.

Superbly clean and comfortable, well located
We are a family of 7 including 5 teens and the apartment was just perfect for us. It’s spacious, bright, with a lovely view and public transit, which is easy to navigate, is fully accessible. Two supermarkets are in walking distance and there are some simple restaurant options around. I super recommend this rental. It’s well worth the price, plus the management is super responsive.

Really just a wonderful stay and lovely accommodations! Apartment was perfect for our family of 3 kids. Originally supposed to meet another family there, but they got sick - The hosts were very communicative and helpful as we navigated changes. They helped facilitate a spot for our rental car, checkin and out was easy and the apartment was far enough from Lisbon to be quieter, but still a very convenient drive away (15 mins to Belem tower for example.) Definitely would recommend and was very impressed by the place. A truly lovely apartment. I’d go back!

Great spot!
The apartment and location was excellent! There were 6 adults. 2 couples and 2 singles. We each had our own rooms. 2 full bathrooms. O Location was very convenient only 700 meters to subway! Host met us and explained everything to us. Always very responsive. The toaster was not working. It was replaced with a new one by the time we got home the same day! Highly recommend for group like ours. Great space common areas for hanging out!

This is an outstanding property for families. The hosts are wonderful and so kind. Ability to quickly Uber or Metro anywhere in Lisbon is fantastic. Parking for our rental was secure and affordable.

So perfect!!!!
The listing seemed great, but this place far exceeded expectations! Bernardo was there to greet us and help get us familiarized with the place and gave us loads of great tips for the city/area. There were 6 adults in our group and this place would have accommodated even a couple more people super comfortably! Only an 8 minute walk back and forth to the closest subway station and there is another the other direction that’s only a couple of minutes farther (there is an excellent grocery store at that subway station). Lisbon is an amazing place to vacation! We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Lovely apartment filled with antiques. Has a great view being on 3rd floor in a residential neighborhood. We were able to use metro and train but it was a long walk through a construction zone. The apartment was more outside the city that I realized. Could be a great PLUS because it was quiet a night. All in all we had a very nice stay.

This property was a dream. It was so beautiful decorated throughout and they were very accommodating during arrival even with the multiple flight delays and cancellations. This is a must stay in Portugal! I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends visiting Portugal this summer. The hosts graciously gifted us a bottle of wine upon arrival and had a book full of recommendations to make your stay a memorable one. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located outside city center but close enough to go into the city when needed. We became friends with local restaurant owners and suggest exploring the neighborhood when you get a chance for a real experience of Portugal and the people.

Our family of 6 stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in July 2019. The apartment looked exactly as depicted in the pictures, was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. There were some spices and cooking oils, tea and coffee, and a bottle of water, with plenty of dishes, pots and glasses! There was dish soap and laundry detergent too! The bathrooms were very clean and also well equipped with shampoo and conditioner in both and a hairdryer in the master bathroom. The towels provided were also very nice and not only were bath and hand towels provided, but we were given wash cloths too! Alexandra was a gracious host and was very accomodating to our late arrival, thank you for the lovely bottle of wine too! The decor of the apartment is fantastic and very tastefully done, it is just full of lots of old treasures. We would stay here again without any hesitation. We enjoyed meeting Alexandra and her brother Jose. thank you Jose for all the sight seeing tips! We highly recommend this apartment!

Had such a lovely weekend in this beautiful apartment. It was plenty big for 9 of us, with loads of natural light and space. Slightly further out of the centre than we had expected, but the uber system in Lisbon was so fantastic that it was actually only a 15 minute trip to the centre which was great! Would absolutely stay here again!

Apt 3A was a very nice & airy. Has nice/large windows with lots of natural light. Had enough room to accommodate my group of 10 adults. Alexandra & Vosco were very nice & accommodating. Apt had very interesting antique pieces. Tip - bring cash to pay for city taxes on check-in. Located outside of city center. Although Metro station within walking distance, terrain could be a challenge for people who have difficulty walking up/down hills. Just a small comment re: furniture and safety... Although the decor & antique furniture was nice, we felt there was too much furniture in the space. Had to move furniture around to place our luggage in a place where we could easily access them. Also, rugs (with no grip) on the floor by the entrance, hallway & in the rooms could be a safety issue.
