Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath studio tiny home, which comfortably sleeps four. Located just minutes from Historic Lockhart, Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and the Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 Racetrack, you'll also be close to renowned BBQ spots like Terry Black's, Smitty's, and Barb's B-Q, as well as local art galleries and the TESLA Giga Factory. Plus, Austin, the Live Music Capital of Texas, is less than a half-hour away!

This home is perfect for traveling professionals, couples, and small families. It features a fully stocked kitchen and all the linens you'll need upon arrival. As an owner-operated property, we may be able to accommodate longer stays with enough notice.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, a closet, and blackout shades, with sofa sleeper bedding conveniently stored under the bed. The bathroom features a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, and a privacy curtain. In the living space, you'll find a pull-out full sofa sleeper and a SMART TV, along with blackout shades for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and a dining table, also featuring blackout shades. Enjoy the outdoor space with a porch off the front door and a yard area beside the porch. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, along with fully stocked linens and towels for your convenience.
